Great quality and service
I have often bought from Joy Everley in the past - the jewellery is beautiful and the service is great,
This time was no different - there was a slight mistake with my order but this was swiftly rectified. The order arrived beautifully packaged and the quality of the items is superb.

I am extremely pleased with the items that I recently bought. I have bought from Joy Everley in the past and I have always been impressed with the beautiful workmanship.
The items are beautifully wrapped and it is a pleasure to receive them…they have a lovely ‘days gone by’ look to the little boxes and the packaging, which I love.

High quality work at reasonable pricing, with items suitable for a wide range of ages and styles. I am a huge fan of this well run small business. Shipping to the States is reasonable and the jewelry is packed carefully with gift bags included.

You would easily have got 5 star's if after paying £7 P&P I had received the item on next day delivery or at least two day's after ordering. The item which was the hidden mouse is a lovely gift and went down extremely well

Hi Martin, Thank you so much for your review and I'm glad to hear the recipient loved it! We do our best to post as quickly as possible so I did look into your order. Your order was placed on Thursday the 27th at 14:43 so the parcel just missed that day's collection but was collected the next day (Friday) via Royal Mail. As it was posted Special Delivery, Royal Mail attempted delivery on Saturday the 29th at 10:08 but there was no one in according to the tracking. I hope that clears things up a little. We always try to get items out as quickly as possible but cannot be responsible for missed deliveries, we hope this doesn't stop you from ordering again in future! Any orders placed before 1pm with us can be sent for 'Next Day' and we encourage leaving a note at checkout if a parcel is particularly urgent. - The JE Team

I'm very happy with the gifts I bought for my daughter's 50th birthday, she loves the Joy Everley charms and earrings. I was worried about my gifts arriving in time as it was just before New Year when I ordered but there was no need, they arrived on time and beautifully wrapped. Would recommend and would definitely buy from you again.
