From Service to Disaster – The Worst Platform I’ve Used
Since April 4, my creative service has been completely stopped by JossCreative under and it remains unresolved till now. This sudden and unexplained shutdown left me unable to complete critical client projects.
Because of this failure, I lost an important client who became fed up with delays and non-delivery. This was not due to my performance, but entirely due to JossCreative’s negligence and lack of reliability.
There was zero prior notice, no backup solution, no support, and no accountability. Their service failure directly impacted my business, cost me revenue, and damaged my professional reputation.
A platform that can abruptly shut down services without warning and leave users to deal with the consequences is completely untrustworthy.
I strongly advise others to avoid relying on JossCreative if you value your clients and your credibility.

They sold to me Filmora as a official reseller, with subscription of 6 months , and it was ceased after 30days!
I tried to reach them on email and whatsapp, they see my reaction but do not want to fix the issue nor to compensate my financial loss!
Avoid them!!!
