I couldn’t be more satisfied with these boots. The design is stylish and timeless, and the quality is exceptional, especially at a price that feels like a great value for what you’re getting.

Excellent quality and customer service
Already got two pairs: the Daniel Snuff model and the German Army Trainers. Both are amazing, look great, the quality is perfect and the customer service is excellent. Overall amazing experience, thank you Josepht!

Maro Brown Boots
Highly recommend people who are looking to buy a pair of boots to get a pair of the Maro boots from them- either black or brown. Always wanted to own a pair of square toe boots.
Customer service was very helpful and friendly to reach out - any issues whatsoever regarding trying to obtain a pair - they've managed to go an extra mile for the customers.
Although I was not able to choose the Maro Black boots due to shipping methods - I settled for the Maro Crack Brown instead
Solely based on my experience - what a great service.

Horrible Shipping and Customer Service
Edit: The owner went above and beyond to correct my experience. They are great if they can solve the logistics issues.
Same experience as the other reviewer; Customer service could not provide a working tracking number. Delayed initial order by 3 weeks originally for no reason. Now I have not received anything for 30 days since purchase. Order with this merchant at your own risk

Ordered 9 days ago, still don’t have a working tracking number. They did however give me 3 tracking numbers that don’t… work…
Website has all kinds of broken English which is fine, given their Korean origin, but the obnoxious ‘HURRY! ONLY 1 LEFT IN STOCK’ is a little overboard (you’ll see this everywhere).
Customer support via Email is responsive within a day’s time— nice rep but no help, they just reassure you things are happening.
Edit: I have a new working USPS tracking number and want to give a little leniency as they have just newly opened up shop to the west. Still waiting on the shoes and will update once they're in!
