Love Jo malone
Really suprised with the bad reviews I’ve been reading lately, I just received my order 6 days after I ordered it which was great seeing as they stated delivery times are taking longer due to covid and it was packaged lovely with free gift too, I’m really pleased, a jo malone order is a big treat for me and I’ve never been disappointed.
Shocking Service
Awful experience messed up a Christmas present order - sent empty box so glad I checked before I gave it as a present
Chased up order couple of times and then refunded. Reordered as back in stock and added hand cream- still waiting for hand cream. Lost count of emails I have sent since 6/1/2021 and no one has replied. Would not recommend or be ordering from them again. Absolute disgrace for what’s suppose to be a luxury brand. I am shocked at the number of poor reviews on here!
Great product, high prices
Bought my wife a candle for Christmas. She loved it and I must say it really does look expensive. The smell lasts a long time and it really adds lovely decorations to the room. However, I don’t think any candle is worth that much money. Overall, I’m impressed with the product but I personally don't believe that any candle is worth that much money.

I received the advent calendar from my husband, it’s a gorgeous gift (I have had before) and in the final window, you received a voucher for a free purse spray, the catch being you’re to order something else. I decide to order for my mother and MIL birthday which are due in March. The perfume arrived in a batter brown box, no gift packaging as described on website, just bubble wrapped. I am beyond disappointed, a £120 bottle of perfume in some bubble wrap......to make matters worse the free purse spray is nowhere.
For the money you are spending, and for a luxury brand, the service is just appalling. Do not order anything from this website, wait until the shops re-open.
Lovely products but poor customer service
The products are always amazing but the contact between the business and customer is terrible considering how much you pay. I didn’t receive an email to say my order had been dispatched, the order arrived later which granted they are having trouble with deliveries at the moment, but I will probably avoid ordering direct from their website in the future.

Deliveries are taking a bit longer than usual, the same applies to customer service responding. However, the quality of products is as high as it’s ever been. Perception of perfume’s strength is absolutely individual, so I wouldn’t include it in a review about a company.
My order took exactly 12 days to arrive. Packaged well, including a free gift box.

I ordered a reed diffuser at £65 from Jo malone, before reading these reviews, bit stupid! Unlike alot of other people though, i’ve not had too bad an experience with them, i ordered on January the 9th, standard delivery, and my order arrived today January 15th, feel bad for everyone that have had awful issues, i wouldn't buy from again based on the problems the company appear to be having.

Appalling experience that will certainly stop me purchasing from Jo Malone in the future.
Ordered a birthday present online 5 days prior to the date, no option to have this sent sooner than standard delivery (understandable due to the pandemic), and staff member extremely unhelpful via live chat. Told the item would be dispatched within 3-5 working days, and then chat ended by member of staff before I had the chance to cancel/seek alternative options.
Item ultimately didn’t arrive in time for mum’s birthday and by the 7th working day had still not arrived. Rang the customer service line to be told that time-frame for dispatch extended to minimum 10 working days and an email was supposed to be sent. This also didn’t happen. I am yet to receive the item.
In direct contrast, I ordered two items from White Company over the next few days as a replacement birthday present on standard delivery - these arrived in advance of the birthday despite being ordered at a later date than the Jo Malone products. A service, and company, I would highly recommend in light of this experience.
It’s a shame, given the high expectations and overall experience you’d associate with Jo Malone that the customer/logistical service do not match. Would not recommend!
A truly awful shopping experience.
Ordered well before the advertised last posting for Christmas delivery. They cancelled my order immediately due to lack of stock, but didn’t let me know until 12th Jan.
Customer services must all be on furlough as nobody replied to numerous emails and online chat attempts.
I had to escalate a PayPal dispute to get a response from Jo Malone. This is really not good enough and I expect more when I spend £125 on a candle.
Just do better !
Disgracefull. No answer on phone. Terrible terrible service.
Order £128 30th December. Email 2nd saying it’s being packed. Repeated emails ignored. On hold for an hour at a time with no one answering. Never ever buying from Jo Malone again.

Awful customer service - do not use this website
Awful customer service - do not buy from here! I placed on order on 30/11 and when I checked my account 2 weeks later I found it was cancelled but I'd still been charged. I received no communication to advise me as to why it was cancelled and no replies to my email. I emailed again 2 weeks later, again, no reply, I attempted to call but I was on hold for too long. Still waiting for any communication / my refund.
Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking! If I could give no stars, I would. Never experienced such terrible service. Ordered a Christmas present in the hope that it would at least be delivered before New Year considering the current situation. It STILL hasn’t been dispatched. I’ve demanded a refund, I didn’t get one. The staff on the online chat just fob you off and lie to you saying it will be sorted that day. Twice they have said this and obviously lied. Appallling especially when you consider the price of the products. Have some pride Jo Malone!

Brilliant customer service. I had a problem with a candle that I purchased, and they resolved it really quickly. The consumer care representatives were friendly and were really happy to help.

Bad service and overpriced items which dont even last long. Scents are nice but dupes are a lot more long lasting then the original items. Rude staff as per all Estee Lauder owned brands.

Ordered a candle on the 12th December…
Ordered a candle on the 12th December for a Christmas present. Hadn't arrived by the 22nd December. Contacted the company (contact centre in Serbia & terrible line!!!) to be told the candle was out of stock - yet no communication to tell me so. Wales is in lockdown - no shop open and too late to order anything online. I have complained - no response. Come on Jo Malone - you are a high end company - surely you can do better than this.....
