Absolutely horrendous customer service
Update: They eventually relented and issued my wife's certificate, after this review was posted and a screenshot of it uploaded to Facebook, tagging them. A representative then reached out via messenger, apologizing and promising the matter will be resolved within a day, and so it was. Too little, too late - but I gave them an extra star for doing the right thing at the end...
Absolutely horrendous customer service. Stay away from them!
My wife successfully completed their virtual Enter - CSM course a couple of years ago, which I paid for in full, and was issued a digital diploma certificate on LinkedIn.
While interviewing for a CSM position this week, she was informed that the Jolt LinkedIn credential was invalid, and upon inspecting it, found out that the link no longer works.
Attempting to contact Jolt is an issue in and of itself, as there is no customer support email, no phone number, and your only options are to go via Facebook or WhatsApp (Their Facebook page gave us the WhatsApp number to message).
On WhatsApp, the representatives passed my wife from one to another, only to finally tell her that they will not be reissuing her certificate, as they cannot because too much time has passed, and this year's curriculum is different than previous courses.
So, in other words: they refuse to re-issue an alumni's diploma, making their course absolutely worthless.
Buyer beware!

Switch: Great orientation course for those who want a career in tech!
Great content, tools, frameworks and speakers. The Switch course pushes you to be very proactive. So consider leveraging his great network (mostly Israel and London based for my cohort) during and after the course in order to get the most out of the experience.
It was useful to better understand which career I want to pursue (Marketing) and which not (Project Management, Sales, Business Development). In order to get a new job in marketing I personally needed more specific support for the technical interview, so I complemented Switch with an Acadium Plus. I'd personally recommend Switch to understand which role it's best for you! Thank you JOLT!
Great for who is during career change
As one who was during career changing, i did the best decision to take the PoMa curse.
The boot camp helped me understand the basics of the Tech world and helped me find the role i want to submit to.
The jolters and the curse manager were really professionals .
