If I knew Jolly Sweeps was the sister site to Legendz Casino, I probably wouldn't have expected much. Ive closed my account with Legendz because they dont hold up their end of promos and bonus guarantees. Jolly Sweeps is the same. Ive referred 2 ppl and never got the referral bonus. Yes. They used my link and made the qualifying purchases. Customer support is to say the least, hesitant. They wont reply in live chat until I've logged out because I can't wait around all day. Then when they do reply its just an excuse or something then say since they haven't heard back from me they close the chat! Go figure! I just want my bonuses.

Been almost 48 hours waiting and redemption still hasn't been approved if u reach out to support they give the same automated message to wait it all the way out! Seems shady tho when a representative told me yesterday that I had just submitted redemption that day when I had submitted it on sunday we will see if and when I get paid will update review once I receive it!!

I strongly encourage anyone considering JollySweeps to exercise caution.
In December 2025, I notified Platinum Partner LTD, the parent company of both JollySweeps and Legendz Casino, that I have a diagnosed gambling disorder. I also informed them that I am enrolled in Ohio's casino self-exclusion program and requested that my accounts be permanently excluded based on my condition.

Despite having this information and my prior request for permanent exclusion, I later received marketing for JollySweeps. I was able to create a new account, complete verification using the same personal information associated with my Legendz account, and deposit thousands of dollars.

In my view, the company had sufficient information to recognize my circumstances and should have prevented me from opening or using another account. Instead, I was allowed to continue depositing funds despite my documented gambling disorder and prior exclusion request.

After raising these concerns, I requested a refund of my deposits, but the company declined.

Based on my experience, I believe Platinum Partner LTD does not consistently follow its own exclusion policies and, in my opinion, failed to adequately protect a player who had already disclosed a diagnosed gambling disorder and requested permanent exclusion. For that reason, I cannot recommend JollySweeps and would encourage others to carefully consider these issues before playing there.

When you alert a company with documented proof you have no control and ask for a permanent exclusion and they market to you and allow you to make an account and make deposits over days without any intervention, that is on the company as I did all I could to stop a disease I can’t control. Their response to me was basically we closed your account as our terms and conditions allow us to, like they did something good. When it was actually me that once again got a sane moment and asked for the permanent exclusion of myself for a second time. It seems they just wanted to see how long they could profit off me ignoring everything plus the fact that I was way ahead and could redeem, canceled redeems, repeated high deposits back to back all show disorder gambling and not for entertainment gambling.

I definitely give them a solid 5/5.

Yesterday I got the email that it launched, so very shortly after I signed up and purchased one of the welcome promos, which was very generous - I believe 100% boost with 1x playthrough, although I think there was up to 250% boost on lower sc packages.

I found a large selection of providers offering versions of slots with RTP on average of 94%+.

I started playing and hit a feature early on which boosted my balance substantially enough to not have to worry about playing through the rest and falling below the redemption threshold.

I ended up playing on lower volatility slots and actually boosted it quite a bit further before I’d played through my balance.

My only feedback would be that when I went to the redemption page on mobile, a lot of the wording was either cut off or incomplete for the prompt to complete KYC verification. Thankfully the website is easy enough to navigate and I found the link to complete KYC through the profile.

The KYC is done through Sumsub, which I always love because I already have all my documents saved on my account, so I simply put in my email address and take a quick selfie. A few minutes later the KYC was complete and I submit my redemption, which I received within I believe 12 hours or so.

Overall I think what stands out would be the slot library, ease of KYC and redemption, speed of redemption, site functionality and UI, and most importantly of all value of welcome promotions that scale down on initial purchases - with the caveat that, at least in my experience, you will actually receive redemptions as well.

I am hopeful to see moving forward what type of promotions will be offered after the welcome phase. If there are solid weekly or email promotions that are consistent, it could definitely move them into my long-term rotation as well.
