Unfortunately, no house name or number was included, and there was no visible business name at the property. Because of this, the courier was unable to locate the address and redirected the parcel to the nearest pickup shop.
We also noticed that the email address provided with the order did not match your contact details, which meant you may not have received the courier’s delivery notifications.
As a gesture of goodwill, we re-shipped your order, and when it was refused, we issued a full refund, even though the purchase was placed using a business address (which normally restricts returns under our policy).
