Great deals offered by Secret. The app is also nicely done, easy to use, and both support & communication are efficient.
A must have for any maker.

JoinSecret has been wonderful. They continually bring new and great deals to the site and their current deals are very deep and most are VERY generous.

I was able to recoup my membership cost in the first 20 min after signing up. So much useful software and tools to use to help you build your business.

Managed to secure 15k of credit in 3 weeks

Great team, great offers, a real pearl in the space.

Only specific discount apply to some softwares. Need to wait to know if eligible or not. UX not the best I went through. I will not renew.

The UI/UX of the website needs a bit more love as the form for applying AWS credits required me to reach out to support.

Worked well with notion and received my 1000$ crédits for a 288$ / year 3 person team plan. So thnaks for saving me 800$ yet without any other subscription used. You're the best.

Expected to have the credits as soon as I joined Secret, but in reality the process was a bit slower (had to apply for the credits again with AWS). Nonetheless, a great deal!

Secret is a great program that provides access to a wide range of startup perks and support.
I have personally leveraged a number of the deals, returning way more than the cost of my subscription in value.

I recently used the platform. I was pretty impressed with the engagement and service ( Shout out to Mary!) in guiding me through when was the right time to apply and clarity of steps. I followed them and got positive results ( withholding details). Thank you joinsecret and Mary!

Not great, most offers for new accounts only and doesn't make that clear really.

Feel like that should be more visible, won't be renewing.

For all the startup founders who come out with a dream, secret is the place where you can get a boost(leap of discounts and offers) to your journey.

I do not recommend it!

I took advantage of several opportunities. None of them were as described or did not work at all.

Stripe kept charging.

I have not been able to use Miro to this day.

I reported all these problems to the support. I asked for a refund. They told me to contact the applications. The apps tell me to contact Secret, and so on and so forth.

To this day I have neither received a refund nor my services are not working.

On top of that, that most of these services are simply redirects to the startup offerings that you will find directly in the apps.

Edit: the problems have been positively resolved.

Secret is the first tool an Early-Stage startup should pay for. Trust me when I say this, don't even sign up for Google Workspace before you sign up for Secret. Secret has the best deals from all the other tools you will use in your stack.

Secret has so many tools listed on their platform that I sometimes search for a tool on Secret to start with. The customer success team is super responsive and I have never had any issues activating any of their deals no matter how big or small the provider is.
