I tried using NOA for my community survey, but it was harder than I thought. My participants struggled with the app, and I felt embarrassed to push them through it.

I’d wait for more updates and transparency before recommending it.

Joinnoa is too new and unproven to trust right now. Hardly any info on the team or real user reviews. The site looks unfinished and lacks transparency. Not ready to rely on yet.

My project crashed during the most important phase, and I had no backup from their side. It was a very stressful and disappointing experience.
