The first week 5lbs gone with very little exercise. I changed my eat habits slightly.

Had a wonderful experience with Levity so far. Was approved the same night I paid for my medication and I didn't even have to see a doctor. Received my meds a little over a week later!

Need a high dose of medicine

I have only been a member for one month, and I was still using my old provider. So I haven’t had a chance to try the product yet.
I was rather surprised at how attentive the nurse person was, and how quickly the product came 😊

There has been very little impact from this small dose and I much prefer the larger shot once a week.

I love Levity! From day one they have had excellent customer service and so far I have been very happy with their compounded products!

It took a while for my first delivery but I’m doing great on my meds , hoping everything goes smoothly from here

I am very excited to start this new journey. I did so well with semaglutide I can not wait what results I get with liraglutide.

I’m really not too satisfied with the new compounded Liraglutide+B12 in place of the compounded semaglutide. One, because the doses are daily instead of weekly and two, I have not noticed a change in anything such as my appetite or any side effects like I did with the semaglutide.

I am down 13 lbs in under 4 weeks. Very easy to use and I don't feel like I am on a "diet".

I started with Levity in November of 2024. I lost 35 pounds from then until when Levity shut down. When they shut down a lot of people went to different providers, but not me. I knew that Levity would come up with something. And they did. This company all the way around is amazing! I really feel like I matter to them and that they aren't just in it for the money. I love that they listen to us and that I am actually heard. Not just another number! Thanks Levity you are the best!

So July 31 I signed up with levity. I was assured that I would be getting medication shipped to me in 3 to 5 days. I was prescribed liraglutide as requested. They took the money right out of my bank account immediately I’ve been looking for a tracking number since… I called twice and texted twice. I finally got a person and they told me there’s no end in sight. The shortage of liraglutide on their end could possibly be weeks and I was offered $10 credit like why are they taking people’s money signing people up and then giving them false hip and then what about the poor people they already dispense too they’re never gonna get their meds in four weeks cause they’re so backed up with the new arrivals. This program is a scam stay away.

Scammed into signing up for a subscription following a ‘check in’ email for the product. Tried cancelling by calling and calling no answer. Emailed and they said I was too late as it’s been dispatched and they would cancel the subscription for me. I explained I had not signed up to this and they won’t give me my money back way back. Monzo have said they cannot help further. I did not sign up to this!!!

Referred people to this company as it is basically med express under a different name. They wouldn't let me order using my credit, then stopped us being able to order, redirecting customers to med express. I queried whether I could transfer credit to med express and was told no. The whole thing is a scam and I plan to take this further.

Poor customer service my order was left on my doorstep and stolen needles and medication should not just be left and my replacement order well I have no clue where that was left yet again , no reply to my emails im out of pocket by almost £200 ive had to re start and by elsewhere, terrible service ( 4462014)

What can i say they want you to refer people when there programme was up and running than stop it and now we have credit pending they want to close down there company and take our referral money away from us all because there part of med express but refuse to transfer our credits that we earned to our med express account how is this fair dam right disgusting i must say go to another supplier thats not gonna do the dirty on you

I just want to say thank you for all the support…I had an issue to solve and they did that really quickly and really efficiently….amazing customer service! They really care for what we saying and request! Thank you!! 🤩

Disgusting sales driven company who have a subscription method of supply which is not apparent to you until they send a further supply without checking your evidence with you like other providers, they are purely interested in money, i’m quite sure that the fact you can tell them your weight only and they then send you a new pack at a greatly increased cost without confirming you want it! They just want your money and tell you that the T &C that you cannot see on the website state is subscription every 4 weeks delivery. I have asked for proof of this and they have been unable to provide it and sent me a picture of what it said on a screen with the code which is not the code i used and i provided evidence to that effect.Buyer beware ! you may be being conned by levity, check what you have signed up to.
