Willful Non-Payment & Broken Promises - Management Fully Aware
We provided freight services for this company in August, 2025. Despite successful delivery, they have failed to pay a significant invoice that is now over 150 days overdue.
Multiple promises were made by their team, including commitments from management, but no payment was ever received. All communication attempts have been ignored for weeks, demonstrating a clear pattern of bad faith and willful default.
Important to note: The senior management and ownership of this company are fully aware of this debt and have chosen not to resolve it. This is not an oversight but a deliberate business practice.
Extreme caution is advised. Do not rely on their promises. Their finance department mentioned they are facing bankruptcy and advised exercising caution when purchasing their products to avoid losing both money and goods.

DO NOT purchase the home gym. I purchased the gym and the knobs that secure the bars into the wooden base was missing from my order. Without securing the bars to the base the bars flip right out of the base and makes the gym useless. I have reached out 5 times with no response. I purchased the home gym when it first came out at $600 and now its a useless piece of junk. They have not responded after multiple emails. If you message them on facebook, you just receive an automated email that they will reach out to you, but never will. This company is a scam. DO NOT BUY. Ignore their marketing on social media

If I could give a negative star I would this company micro fit is a scam they take your money instantly and no product. I ordered November 2025 and I still don’t have the gym equipment you email them since they don’t provide a phone number and you still don’t receive a response. I am seeking legal actions at this point . The BBB will be hearing from me .
This company is obviously a scam
UPDATE: I had purchased my tower through Affirm, and affirm won’t open a dispute after 120 days. I emailed and emailed till affirm gave me a phone number to open a dispute even though it’s been about 160 days. Here it is for anyone else as unlucky as me 855-914-3141. Within 24 hours I received an email from macrofit that they would like me to withdraw my dispute and they will zelle me right away. I am not going this route. They will either A. Have me withdraw and never pay me or B. This won’t be on their record so they can continue to do this to people. If the same thing happens to you, do not withdraw your claim. Macrofit will be put on a list and dropped by their credit card processor so they can’t continue to do this to people
This company is obviously a scam. I own a flexia reformer and flexia was acquired by macrofit. Macrofit reached out to me because they supposedly made a Pilates tower which can be attached to my flexia reformer. I purchased the tower 8/31/25 with the promise of my tower being delivered in November. In november o was contacted by macrofit and they said it’ll be a couple more weeks… ok, no big deal. We are now at the end of February 2026 and zero communication from macro fit and several unanswered emails. They have my $1200 and I recieved a headache in return. Stay far far away from this company. They will steal from you

We’re really frustrated and hoping someone from Macrofit Home Gym sees this. We received a confirmation from your team months ago that our order was canceled and that a refund was being processed. However, just last week the order still showed up at our door, and we have been unable to reach anyone—emails go unanswered and there’s no phone number listed to call.
We just want this resolved properly—either confirmation of the refund status and what you want us to do with the delivered equipment. Please contact us so we can fix this.

I'm in Canada, the product never arrived even I was told it would take 2-3 weeks... they kept saying "your order has been completed we are just waintng to ship" ... I actually feel scamed, I asked for a refund if it was not ready after 3 months the message was "it is ready, just wait for the tracking number... how GLAD ARE YOU to go forward" I told them NOT GLAD AT ALL, want my money back, they cancelled the order in few seconds and NO MONEY YET after a week*** ... all of the service and product is lile garbage SORRY.

I’ve been using the Macrofit app…
I’ve been using the Macrofit app alongside the Home Gym, and overall it’s been a great experience. The equipment feels solid and well-designed, and the app makes workouts easy to follow and stay consistent with. I especially like the variety of training options and how everything works together as a system. Excited to see how the platform continues to improve over time.
Excellent product, horrible communications
If I could rate the product separately from the company itself, I would give the product 5 stars and the company's communications 0 stars.
I ordered the pull-up tower on October 1, was told at that point to expect it the final week of October or the first week of November. It finally arrived January 15, three and a half months later. I emailed customer support several times, got replies about every third email. It wasn't until I started publicly complaining on Instagram ads for the product that I got any real answers.
On the website, it says the product usually takes 5 weeks to ship, but to currently expect "slightly longer" delays. In mid-December they told me that one major component was out of stock, and they were having trouble replenishing that component, before they could start completing older orders, but that they expected it December 22. December 22 came and went -- no communication. I eventually told them to cancel the order, which they ignored twice, so I complained to Shopify directly. Lo and behold, 48 hours after my formal complaint, all kinds of updates came through, with numerous tracking numbers, etc., and now I finally have the product.
If they had just listed the product as being out of stock when I tried to order it, or if they had been up front about the problem fulfilling the order with a realistic time estimate telling me it would take 3 or 4 months, I would have accepted that, but none of that happened. The estimated shipping date was always just two or three days of whatever date I was emailing them on.
Having said all of that, the pull-up tower itself is high quality and, in my opinion, worth the cost. Whether it's worth the time and frustration is up to you.

Ordered a pilates tower from them back in September was supposed to arrive in November. Did not receive and have received no response. This is a scam and do not order from them.
Avoid at all costs!
I joined the original FITT! app a few years ago and paid a one off fee for a Calisthenics program. Then all of a sudden I received notice that a company called Macrofit was taking a payment from my account for July - Dec 2025. I have no idea what this payment was supposed to be for as I never signed a subscription agreement with them. I emailed their customer support several times and didn’t receive a reply so had to go into my bank and get them to reclaim my money and launch a fraud investigation. I’ve had to be issued a new bank card so have to advise everyone of from my new details. If I hadn’t done this I have no doubt that would have continued to take money from my account. There was no way of cancelling payments on their app either. And as for equipment? Buy from Gravity Fitness, way cheaper and excellent customer service.
I’d advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs!
AVOID MacroFit / Fit! Home Gym
I ordered a Fit! Home Gym from MacroFit on July 19, 2025. Over five months later, I still have not received the product.
Over several months, I emailed the company multiple times requesting updates and received very limited communication. On November 11, 2025, after nearly four months with no shipment, I requested either a confirmed ship date or a refund. MacroFit responded the same day, apologized, and stated in writing that my order had been removed from the shipping queue and that a refund would be processed within 10 business days.
That refund deadline passed on November 25, 2025, but no refund was issued and no follow-up communication was provided. I emailed again on December 4, 2025, but received no response and still have not received my money back.
At this point, I have neither the product nor the refund that was promised in writing. The lack of follow-through and communication has been extremely disappointing. I would caution others to be very careful before ordering from this company.
I am now pursuing resolution through my bank and consumer protection agencies. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
Needs better communication with customers
Edit:1/28/2026. The company has reached out and truly wants to fix the issues. What I had ordered is having production issues, and I completely understand this. Timely communication with the buyer is key. I had already canceled my order a month ago. 12/18/ 2025 I ordered a Flexia reformer tower back in Sept. I sent at least 5 emails just asking for an ETA. One email saying it will ship 11/1. I reached out again and nothing. Very poor customer service. I went through Shop/Affirm to make payments, order canceled, and I was reimbursed.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Like many others, I never received all of the items that I ordered from this company. They are a scam! I feel like I got lucky in that I at least received the main prize, but I lost out on a couple of hundred for accessories purchased at the same time.
DO NOT RISK IT! You worked too hard for your money to have it never arrive. If you do decide to risk the purchase, then use your CC; at least you can file a complaint with your CC company and have a better chance of getting your money back if you never receive the item.
Contacting FIT! support is useless; you may get one or two responses, but after that, they'll ghost you.

not received it. I have sent multiple emails and have gotten no reply. This company is a scam. I am going to have the charge reversed on my credit card. Lesson learned.

Ordered product July 2025 and it is now November 19th and still didn’t receive anything. I cancelled and requested a refund and won’t get a reply now I’m out $500.

I ordered and paid for this item back in July 2025, and as of November 2025 I still have not received anything, not even an email follow up. This appears to be a scam.
Subscription scam
The Fit App decided to "renew" my subscription and charged me $110 for an annual subscription. I didn't even know I had a subscription!
Upon asking them for a refund on the same day, I was told that would not be possible and it is my job to watch for renewal.
Shopping Experience
Order process:
Order placed June 28th with a projected shipping timeline of 5 to 8 business days.
July 25th: e-mailed support to see if I needed to pay the $100 dollar "expedite" fee so my order actually shipped.
July 26th: was told that my order would ship in August.
August 1st: requested to cancel this order since it didn't appear that I would ever get it.
August 8th: Cancellation accepted (pending refund).

If Macrofit wanted to sell their product for $500, then just sell it for $500 (it's $399, but there is an option to pay another $100 to "expedite" the order). I will say that the customer service is helpful and they understand the way this company does business. In mid-July when I e-mailed about how long shipping was taking I was given lifetime access to their app as consolation, but even as August has worn on, the shipping date provided for my order continues to move to the right. What a joke.
