Less than helpful
Well my purchase was sent to the wrong address. I called to get help and was told to take it up with UPS. Whom ever put my address in put it in wrong. The lady I was dealing with with couldn’t care less. I was worried that the cold pac would not keep the product cold for another day and I would be out almost 600.00 because it would take an additional day to get it here because of the address change. I called ups again at the local warehouse. I explained everything and they allowed me to drive there that evening to pick it up. This was my third order so my address should have been in your system correctly. My other orders cam without incident. I am not sure if there will be be a fourth

When I have a question about my GLP1 journey and I email BLIV I get a response almost immediately which I love.
I am getting close to ending my 3 month journey but unfortunately I am looking around for a cheaper company since there is not any option for a discount for returning customers.

Don’t trust. Keep looking around before buying
I was taking tirzepatide for months before switching to Bliv because it seemed like a better deal. My package arrived hot, not warm, HOT. I was told to use it anyways and random stuff about studies saying it would still work. To be honest at nearly $600 I want to be absolutely certain that it’s still safe and at 100% effective. That being said, their pharmacy is either not good from the get go or the heat did in face make it less effective. I doubled my dose when starting their vial and 3 weeks on it and I have no weight loss, no appetite control or food noise control. I feel like I’m injecting sterile water. As a company they do not care. I’ll find a new company to continue with as after ordering I found a separate company charging 200 less for the same 3 month supply

Everything started on a good note
Everything started on a good note. But I was never able to talk to anyone. I tried three times to set up a phone appointment. I have to admit that I missed the first appt (by two min, I didn’t have my phone on me). So I set up two following calls but I never received them although they insisted that they called. So I gave up. I only wanted to lose 10 pounds and I was told I would be able to do it in 3 months so I bought a three month subscription. I only ended up losing 5 pounds and the food noise barely went away. I then tried to subscribe another 3 months but then I was rejected. They said because I never had my phone appt that I was not being monitored and therefore not eligible to renew. And also that my BMI would be too low if I lost 5 more pounds. So that was that, I was never able to discuss my side with anyone so I am now with another company and it’s also more affordable.

We made three separate attempts to contact you at different times so one of our nurses could check in regarding your progress, response to treatment, and ongoing goals. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach you.
Because we were not able to complete the necessary follow-up assessment, we could not provide the close clinical monitoring required for safe GLP-1 therapy. As a result, our medical team was not comfortable prescribing another 12 weeks of medication without first speaking with you.
Additionally, our providers make prescribing decisions based on established medical protocols and patient safety. Your renewal request was reviewed carefully, and your eligibility was determined based on those clinical guidelines.
We appreciate the opportunity to have been part of your health journey and wish you all the best moving forward.

This company has extremely poor customer service, ignoring calls and emails and when you do get ahold of them, they dismiss your concerns and questions. Their medication is months and months after the BUD date and then they tell you everything is fine, nothing gets resolved with anything. The Packaging is very sloppy and unprofessional. They cannot look up your vial number to verify date made, expiration or BUD date, cannot tell you the pharmacy you get your meds from. This company is a scam. DO NOT INTERACT WITH THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT. I have been to their place and trust me when I tell you...It is ghetto. Just read your response BLIV and again you lied. I have sent 10 plus emails with no answere back I called 2 times last week and you NEVER gave me any pharamacy details. My medication was 13 months after the BUD date!! You are so unprofessional coming on here and trying to defend yourself when you cant even respond to an email. Your actions or lack of actions speak louder then your words!
