Every time I order they ask what dose…
Every time I order they ask what dose I'm on which is 2.4 this last time I put it in and it went by units instead and dropped me back to beginning stage and I pd the full amount to not get enough meds to do my current dosage. And no one cares.

Regarding the syringes, the pharmacy includes them as a courtesy with your medication. The quantity provided is not necessarily based on the number of doses in your vial, since each patient’s dosing schedule and how long the vial lasts can vary. Additional syringes may be needed depending on your individual schedule.

My first experience was good then bad
My first experience was great! This was around April 2026. Nurse check-ins, fast delivery, medication working. Then around July I had a horrible experience. Super late—I had to check in and see where the order even was and if it had been submitted. I think they had to resubmit. You cannot call a customer service. It goes to voicemail. The medication was set to expire by September and I got it mid July. It also was purple for some mysterious reason and definitely does not work like the original one I got with them. It sucks to spend a lot of money and wonder if you will get the good product or bad product.

The reddish/pink appearance of the medication is due to methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12) included in the current compounded formulation and does not by itself indicate an issue with the medication.

I FEEL LIKE YOUR PRODUCT IS NOT VERY…
I FEEL LIKE YOUR PRODUCT IS NOT VERY STRONG OR EFFECTIVE...LIKE WATERED DOWN IN OTHER WORDS. I DONT LIKE THE FACT THAT EVERY TIME I ORDER IT COMES FROM A DIFFERENT PHARMACY AND THE PRODUCT IS A DIFFERENT COLOR AND A DIFFERENT DOSING INSTRUCTION. i FIND IT ODD AND SINCE TRUST IS IMPORTANT....I HAVE LOW TRUST AT THIS JUNCTURE. My LAST DELIVERY WAS not even in an insulated bag/packaging and what is was in was melted, hot and leaking. the vial was 1/4 -1/3 full and its supposed to be for 3 months supply and for 5 mg...there is not way this small amount is going to stretch out thru 12 weeks. I am looking for a new provider.

Medication is sold by the vial, and how long the vial lasts depends on your approved weekly dose and the total medication it contains—not simply how full the vial appears.
