The shipping is terrible
The shipping is terrible. The product arrived in in extremely hot packaging. For all the money you pay for a vial, the packaging should be better insulated and come in a box container that is suitable for shipping, not a cheap UPS envelope. I am hesitant to even inject this medication due to the temperature upon arrival.
This company does not even take into consideration the location their product is being shipped to and the current season it’s being shipped.
I will never spend my money with Bliv again.

When I first started…good to bad
When I first started with them, the company was great in the medication was a good three month supply of 72 mg when I re-ordered it again they sent me 30 mg. I called them to let them know they sent me less and this was not 3 month supply like the first time the women got upset and hanged up on me. I will not longer purchase from them be careful!

Received order at very hot temp
Received order at very hot temp. Neither the pharmacy nor Bliv would do anything about it. Supposedly not at issue, but makes me leery to use it. Also, it was combined with glycine and B12 even though their website says nothing about it. I was told they can no longer sell just Tirzepatide and that it has to be combined with something. First order was great. I probably will not be ordering from them again.
Of course your reply is a staple answer you give to everyone.

When you contacted us about the temperature of your medication, we reviewed your concerns with the pharmacy. Based on their validated stability data, they determined the medication remained within acceptable shipping parameters and did not approve a replacement.
Regarding the formulation, your patient portal includes a notification explaining that your medication was filled by a different pharmacy partner. Different pharmacy partners may use different compounded formulations and inactive ingredients, so your medication may look different from previous orders while still meeting quality and regulatory standards.

I received texts messages advising of discount codes available when I reordered and when I tried to reorder, it wouldn't accept the code. Also the emails say review my dosage instructions on the portal, but there not there.

To be honest
To be honest, the approval was super fast. I’m extremely concerned because when I got the package today, it came in like a weird metal water bottle and had these two cylindrical ice packs that were in it, but they were all completely melted and extremely hot and so my actual vial itself was very warm and I’m very nervous about it not being good.

Losing the weight that I have carried…
Losing the weight that I have carried around for 25 years. Feel better, no longer have to use my cpap machine. Started at 286, I now weigh 224. Still losing. No longer crave a lot of sweets. It really works.

If you're ready for results....this is the place!
I have been a patient of Bliv since October 2025...I had extremely low expectations but thought I'd try it. I did the Tirzepatide 5 mg...when the weight started coming off with no effort I was Shocked...I lost 30 pounds on my 90th day-this is with me taking week breaks during the holidays so I'm confident it would've been more but I'm happy with those results...decided to give it another round in February and kept the same dosage...again I have not been religious about taking it every week (only have myself to blame but I KNOW I'd be at my goal by now haha).. I lost another 15 taking the shot roughly every 2.5-3 weeks...I have now convinced myself to race to the finish line because it's time so I feel confident that my new dosage of 7.5mg is going to get me to my goal in no time. Things you NEED TO DO...drink water...lots of water. I have dehydrated myself too many times and had thee worst leg and foot cramps but once I hydrate properly I'm better... I recommend working out because at least for me my skin started sagging quickly from the fast muscle loss...This is Not a cheap option but its an option that actually gets you results and fast! If you're ready to drop the pounds Please give this a try. The approval process is so fast and easy and the customer service is superb!!
