Brilliant service again from Johnsons
Brilliant service again from the great staff at Johnsons...
My watch was needing sent back to the manufacturer but unfortunately it was a few months out of warranty but Johnsons pulled out the stops and managed to get it fixed with no charge and had it back in 3 weeks.
Thanks again as always very helpful..

Excellent service - cannot recommend highly enough
After an initial email enquiry, my wife and I visited Johnsons Jewellers in Nuneaton last Wednesday with a view to purchase a gift for my wife for our forthcoming 30th wedding anniversary.
We spent a very pleasant hour or so with Haseena the sales representative, who took the mystery out of buying a luxury timepiece as well as answering my barrage of questions. Haseena was professional, extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
Overall it was a fantastic buying experience, topped off with a few nice touches such as a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates - as it was also my wife’s birthday on the day of our visit. Little touches like these highlight the extra lengths they went to in order to maximise our store experience.
It is refreshing in this day and age to find a family run business such as Johnsons who offer a fantastic customer service, great product range and attentive, knowledgeable staff. I also have to thank Mark the manager, who took time out to come and see us and introduce himself following our initial email exchanges.
I will definitely be returning in the future and I have no hesitation in recommending them to all my family, friends and colleagues.

Will never use again
Will never use again. Took in a bracelet to get it re-threaded. Within 4 days it broke again. Return trip to get it re done. Collected after 2 weeks and within an hour it had broken again. Trip back, get refund on the work done but no compensation. 4 trips to Nuneaton, 4 lots of parking and 3 rings lost when it broke the second time. Staff lovely but Mrs Johnson would take no responsibility. Not happy. Please, don't take anything in for a rethread. Staff obviously incompetent

This business advertises watches (Rolex) that are not available just to hook you up to make you buy another brand...Have a look what they told me when I ask about a Rolex model:
"With this in mind and as we do not operate a 'list' system, Johnsons are not currently adding any further names to our existing deposits. Sorry we are not able to supply this piece for the foreseeable future".

Not the customer service you would expect!
Purchased two watches from Johnson’s a couple of years ago and the service was great at the time. So I returned this year to upgrade them both and the service from the older lady in the shop was appalling. The atmosphere was awful and you just feel like your being looked down upon. She was no help whatsoever and was acting as if she was doing me a favour by selling me something!!! Will not be returning there again and will be taking my watches and business elsewhere!!

A special purchase experience
I have visited Johnsons Jewellers on a few occasions over the years to buy that special item, jewellery or a watch. My first purchase was a Tag Heuer watch over 30 years ago. More recently I visited to buy a belated 50th birthday present for myself, a very special watch. With so many to choose from I was spoilt for choice, with help and some patience from Charlotte a decision was made. The staff are so helpful and friendly why would you go anywhere else. The whole experience makes that special purchase even more special, thank you.

Great buying experience
I've now purchased 2 watches from Johnsons Jewellers, Derek was the sales consultant and gave nothing less than 110% every step of the way. Communication was first class keeping me informed regarding availability and progress once I'd placed my order. I can't recommend Derek or Johnsons highly enough.

Not a nice atmosphere, snobby rude condescending I could go on I've brought from them a few times and the quality is good but they will certainly judge you and in my experience make you feel unwelcome
