I got queries about the Selective License Scheme and sought assistance from John&Co, my Property Management Agency. Their responses were prompt and professional. The effort made by a few of their staff : Wai Yau, Edith Kwok, Robert Pearson and the Accounts administration was much appreciated.

All you need is someone who is responsive and attentive as a property manager. Denisa from Johns&co west Hampstead branch, absolute star, responds to emails quickly, addresses issues professionally. It was an absolute pleasure working with her, our stay at west Hampstead square and subsequent exit was made smooth with her assistance. 5 stars!

Tia Morrissey was incredibly helpful throughout the whole rental process. Even when an issue with a third party complicated things, she stayed on top of everything and followed up with the landlord multiple times to keep things moving. Thanks to her, I was able to move my belongings in and get everything sorted with the landlord in time.

I've worked with Candice and Owen from the NPW branch to list and let my flat, and I must say I've been very impressed so far.
Throughout the process, their communications and strategic insight were genuinely top notch. It's obvious they know what they're doing and they keep each other, and us, in the loop, without spamming us with meaningless requests.
I've worked with 2 other agencies in the past, and their level of service was often sub par, and far below the one I've received here. I'm hoping that Johns&Co proves to be as good at managing the property as they were at helping me let it. Fingers crossed :).
