Brilliant 👏 everything I order is delivered well intime and exactly in great condition,

Postage arrived the next day, very happy with that. I had to message customer support due to my own mistake of not completing my order when I thought I had. The response was really efficient professional, and I could just tell that the staff was really decent and nice people, really helpful. Item is as described and more. Really happy with my purchase thanks again.

I’ve ordered quite a few things now over time and never had a problem if they haven’t had what I was looking for they would keep me informed what was happening

Very good did not have to wait to long

Quick delivery, easy to order. As in description.

The whole buying process went very smoothly, and I was impressed by the speedy delivery

I have always liked Peradon Cue Cases and they are superbly made.
I play Snooker in a league and my cue and all the extensions all fit nicely in.

Exceptional customer service knowledge of product
Tom was extremely helpful given I was buying a pool cue without actually picking it up or seeing it
Anyway ordered cue on Tom's advice asking for a cue at the heavier end of the weight range
Cue arrived exactly as I wanted and they had physically looked at the product to get the best option for me
It was probably better than purchasing from the local snooker pool club due to amount of stock they carry as all cues vary between the same model design

Fantastic experience, quick delivery time easy process

Great product, excellent service, prompt delivery, thank you.

I've used this service for a few times and I've a great response every time I placed my order.

No nonsense and straightforward order experience of some new cue tips.

Parcel never delivered. No tracking provided either.

The customer support I received was extremely good I believe the person in question was named Tom, the product has now arrived exactly as specified.
