I am not a financial adviser, mortgage broker or tax expert, and I will always tell you where professional advice is needed. IHT wasn’t an issue but I wanted advice regarding possibly letting the property completely or moving there myself and renting a room, selling up completely.

We booked in a 1-1 session with Johnny after feeling a bit lost when trying to get into property investment. Johnny is a very down to earth guy with no hidden agenda and he let us pick his brains with numerous questions as well as running through a deal we were interested in. We came away from the session with confidence and motivation to go ahead and bid on our first investment property that we were originally hesitant to.
