Bought this as an extra for my sister to be able to design her own bracelet. Quite difficult to use, you need to find “the knack” gets easier with practice.

Bought this with two charms as I thought I was getting a free bracelet with my order, unfortunately not, so really neither use or ornament to me.

We're sorry to see this one star review, it's never our intention to disappoint our customers. Unfortunately for your order the total of the charms had to reach the threshold to receive the free bracelet. This is a ruling by Nomination we have to follow. If you would like to return your items you can reach out to us at hello@johngreed.com and we will provide instructions.
