Scammers….they cheat on customers
My order was cancelled after 3 days of purchase and when I checked again today, the product is still available and I could have bought it full price today….they cancelled my order where I orered with their Christmas discount sale promo…what a disgraceful scammers not honoring their discounts and missleading the customer…definitely not professional seller, one of the worst seller I’ve dealt with, really disappointed….please stay away and o not use them. They are not honest

Second time I have placed an order only for it to be cancelled because "they don't have enough stock" even though it said 5 left when I was ordering. never again, avoid this scam website!

Disgraceful
I ordered from their website and the following day(!) received an email from them saying that they had 'voided my order' because the item I ordered was not in stock. They said (in writing) that they'd refund my money. They have not, to date, done so.
I emailed a complaint via their website. Their reply came through at least 2 days later, and this time they blamed problems with their systems, and again assured me they would refund my money and asked me to wait 3 to 5 business days. I thought that was irritating, but fair enough.
Well, guess what? Still no refund. Reading some of the reviews from people who've gone in to the physical store, I assume this company does actually exist and that they're not scammers, but the online ordering system seems to be so incompetent that it's almost a joke.
Except that it's not funny.
The total lack of professionalism and respect shown by this company to me is unacceptable
To put it plainly, I have been mugged off.
I would advise spending your hard-earned money elsewhere. And I can see I'm not the only one offering this advice!
I'll be contacting the Ombudsman today.
