on the 1yr anniversary of downloading the app, when the fees were taken out again, I notified the company to cancel. I had not used it for 11 months. they responded with all the legal terms of my contract and besically said tough luck. Not a business i want to do business with when all it seems they care about is the money grab.

Avevo acquistato Joggo.run, utilizzata pochissimo perchè non in linea con i miei bisogni e disattivato l'abbonamento dal mio account di Google Play. Il 9 marzo mi trovo un addebito di 99,99 € . Contatto l'assistenza e qua comincia l'epopea: mi offrono il rimborso del 25%, poi del 50%. In un momento di difficoltà lavorativa, accetto quest'ultimo e ricevo il rimborso parziale. Scrivo nuovamente che voglio far valere il mio diritto recesso del consumatore sul servizio, diritto valido a 14 gg dall'acquisto e ricevere la parte mancante dei MIEI soldi. Per ora non ho ancora ricevuto risposta, ma continuerò a provare. Non abbiamo bisogno di App per fare sport. Solo di buona volontà. Comunque per chiarezza, sarebbe bello che queste aziende prima di prelevare soldi, avvisassero via mail.

Da 1 stella metto 3 stelle in quanto avvalendomi dei miei diritti di recesso del servizio, ho avuto il rimborso completo. 5 stelle invece per il servizio di Customer Care, che sicuramente segue le linee guida dell'azienda ma è anche disposto a preservare il cliente. Ringrazio l'assistenza clienti per aver rispettato i miei diritti.

Nach 2 Minuten sah ich dass die app absolut keinen Mehrwert für mich hatte. Trotz meiner sofortigen Stornierung (diese wurde bestätigt) wurden die Kosten nicht rückerstattet.

Acts as if it’s a ‘running’ app - fill out info stating I was training for a half marathon and selected no to meal plans, stating I am not trying to lose any weight - get bombarded with emails about ‘hitting my goal weight’ and how quickly it can be achieved. Disgusting. Luckily I am comfortable with my weight but this could be extremely triggering for anyone who previously or currently suffers with disordered eating. Would not recommend.

This is a fraudulent company. They are scammers. If they have your card information they will charge you years after using and cancelling the app then try to offer a partial refund when you complain.

If there was a 0 star, I would give it. Joggo is a scam company that takes funds AFTER cancellation- BEWARE

Joggo is fantastic! As a beginner, I love how simple and encouraging it is. It’s exactly what I needed to start running with confidence, and to keep going!

Joggo is helping me lose weight. It's an app I've been using for two months, and it has helped me improve my running, do bodyweight exercises, and finally feel like a new man. A few minor drawbacks include the fact that it only connects to the Apple Watch, but other than that, I have no complaints.

Selbst der eine Stern ist zuviel. Schlechter Kundenservice und kein nachvollziehbares ABO System. Eine Kündigung wird seit Wochen durch den Support durch immer neue Tricksereien verhindert. Es gibt kein Impressum, so dass nicht nachvollzogen werden kann, wer eigentlich der Anbieter ist. Achtung: Unseriös.

Die App an sich ist wie viele andere Laufapps, der Kundenservice ist allerdings herausragend. Innerhalb von 2 Stunden eine Antwort bekommen. Da ich Verletzungsgefahr das Abo kündigen wollte, das aber vergessen habe und erst bei erneuter Abbuchung erinnert wurde, habe ich dem Service geschrieben. Situation erklärt und binnen zwei Stunden war das Geld zurück erstattet. Ohne Probleme oder Stress! So sieht guter Kundenservice aus

Awful, buggy app. Renews with no notice. Way too expensive for what you get. I recently tried the Nike Run Club app — free and SO much better than Joggo. I've been telling anyone who will listen to avoid Joggo.

As others, money grabbing company and charges you without any notice. Stay far away from it. Very unhelpful and even the software doesn't worth it.

Yet another money grabbing company that hooks you on a subscription, doesn’t give you any communication when renewal is coming up, and then refuses to refund you the annual fee (which is not cheap), even when you contact them within 24 hours of payment. I downloaded this app on a free trial, used it for a while and then forgot about it (as we often do). It didn’t show up in my apple subscriptions. When I contacted the company after renewal they just referred me to the fine print t&cs and refused the refund my subscription. Poor service from just another tech company making money off an unethical subscription model. I will never use this app again.

Total waste of money and they hold you to 6 month to renewal subscriptions. Your watch or pedometer is a better accountability partner.

I did not like Jogo at all. Paid for my initial period. Removed the app and stopped using it in the first month. 6 months later they charged for another 6 months. After complaining they offered to rebate 25% of it.

Joggo is terrible. I was informed via email of a refund and over a month later, it still was not showing as refunded. When I reached back out, I was told to contact my bank. I contacted my bank who confirmed there was no refund issued. I informed Joggo that my bank confirmed no refund was issued and will be opening up a transaction dispute claim. Magically, the day I sent that email to Joggo informing them of this, I suddenly got the return that I was told was issued over a month before. Good thing I went back to look at my bank statements rather than going off their word.

Eine App die für ANFÄNGER ist sollte auch einen Plan machen der an dem Tag startet an dem man das Lauftraining macht. Ich bekam einen autogenierten Plan der die vergangene Woche startete mit den Anfänger Übungen. Ich begann an einem FREITAG.
Ein individueller Plan ist etwas anderes und hilt mal Null

I forgot to cancel my subscription, they stole my money and won't give it back, I hate them forever, avoid at all costs.

I like the app and the program. However, the nutrition piece is missing and no one seems to be able to help me. Also, I had Joggo before so it kept my former data like level and weight and I can't seem to change it.
