Range, prices and delivery

The range, prices and fast delivery at JOCKBOX has had me return to the site for all my underwear purchases. There is a quick turn around on sales and queries have been addressed promptly . I’d definitely recommend shopping here.

Good products and subscription boxes

The products are good quality and good brands and fit really well. Shipping sometimes takes a little longer than expected but the packages have always arrived in good conditions. Also, there are sales here and there if you prefer to wait for a better price! Overall, it's the better choice for underwear subscription boxes out there right now.

Not had any problems with the company

Not had any problems with the company, in fact I made an order with them which got lost in tje post and Danny gave me a gift voucher for the same amount l. Cracking company and quality brands.

Keep up the good work danny, I still owe you that pint for your help 👍

Order not quite right - but gold star for customer services

Order not quite right. I thought I'd ordered 2 pairs of briefs. I received 1 pair of briefs and 1 jockstrap. Colours, brand and size were all correct...but I was expecting 2 pairs of briefs

Since posting this review, I have had excellent customer support from JOCKBOX informing me that they would happily happily replace the item mentioned.
Having already worn it...I felt this was unnecessary. I apologised for not first seeking to have the issue addressed by their customer service. Their exemplary response gave me confidence to place further orders and to give them my personal gold star award.

I have reached out via email a few times but i've not had a reply - I can see your order was delivered a few days after this review was left. Apologies for the delay, however as the tracking will show we dispatched it less than 12 hours after you placed the order. Its super frustrating for us too and I can only apologise for the wait you had.

I love the products that are stocked

I love the products that are stocked, customer service is always great however delivery tends to be an issue, I pre ordered some stuff that was supposed to be delivered before the end of may and still hasn’t arrived yet and this has happened a few times with other orders.
