…Witholding customer money
The money was withheld on the day it was send and released the following day but JN Money didn't let sender or recipient know they withheld the cash, This is a BIG issue and they didn't give a reason, in most cases people have to travel miles to collect the money from the agent, having to make 2 trips at a cost, JN MONEY is ok for paying your bills but if you have to send money urgently to your family I would suggest using another service just incase they withheld your cash and induce another disappointment for you and your recipient. A company that provides such an important service should not take customers for granted.

The website and app won't let me log in. I've downloaded tap tap as a substitute and the rates are better.

I can't log in!
I can't log in on the website or the app. I am trying to send money now now now and it won't even let me sign in.
I looked at other 1 and 2 star reviews and the problem is not new.
I downloaded tap tap instead to send money to my JNBS account. Their rate was even better than JN Money. Joke ting.

Service is user friendly (online)
I use the service to transfer money and I find the site easy to use. Transfer thend to go through quckly and confirmation of transaction sent to my email.

I send money on 2 occasions
I send money on 2 occasions. The 1st time took 7day business days. Which is understood. The 2nd time I send money and its been 5business days thus far and the money have yet to reach my bank account. The funds were sent to the same account and same bank on both transfers. Its said on the 2nd transfer the transfer time would be less than the 1st transfer time.
