Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. The team were friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy, making the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I drove away in the perfect car for my needs. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, with great communication throughout. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for quality cars and excellent customer service.

At the time of collection, the tailgate was not operating correctly. I was advised this was likely due to a flat auxiliary battery and that it should resolve after driving, with reassurance that the dealership would cover any work if the issue continued.
Further repairs were required, and although there was some delay and I had to follow up several times, the dealership did ultimately cover the cost as agreed. Communication throughout this process was inconsistent, which made it more frustrating than it needed to be.
Two months later, while the vehicle is still under warranty, it now requires replacement of both the main and auxiliary batteries. I understand batteries are not typically covered, but given the ongoing battery-related issues since purchase, I was disappointed that no goodwill contribution was offered.
I also tried on two occasions to discuss my concerns with another member of the team but did not receive a response. Overall, the aftersales experience has fallen short of expectations.

I’ve just got myself an Audi S3, and John has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Through no fault of JMV, the finance company provided incorrect information, but John went above and beyond to resolve everything and make sure I was able to get the car. His support and dedication were outstanding, and I couldn’t recommend the company highly enough. A great team and I’m very grateful for all their help.

Fantastic customer service! I bought a car from JMV and was highly impressed with the efficiency and quality of the service from the moment I walked in the showroom to collection of my car. It was a pain-free process and they did everything to accommodate my needs. I would definitely recommend them.

From the 1st phone call through to collecting my car the service I received from Paul and Nick at JMV Cars Shorne was extremely polite.
They were in no way pushy , as we are not close and could not visit for a few days they offered me the chance to reserve the car for just £250. They then arranged all the finance , had the car prepared ready for me to view.
On collection day we arrived was made to feel very welcome and made coffee. Was given keys to the car to look around in our own time with no pressure.
Was very happy with the car they insisted we test drove the car all before any final decision was made.
We completed the paperwork took out the extended warranty and drove away very happy.

I recently visited this used car dealership and my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the sales approach felt very pushy and high-pressure, giving me barely any time to properly inspect the car. I felt rushed and cornered into making decisions before I was comfortable.

They also insisted on a non-refundable deposit far too early in the process, which came across as bullying. What concerned me even more was that after negotiating the price, it seemed like certain parts and tyres were swapped out, supposedly to make up for the discount. This left me feeling misled and unsure about the vehicle’s true condition.

Some of the information I was given during the sale turned out to be incorrect or confusing, and once the purchase was completed, the dealership became nearly impossible to reach. Post-sale communication was essentially nonexistent, and getting any help with faults or issues has been extremely difficult.

Overall, based on my experience, I absolutely would not recommend dealing with this dealership. I left feeling that I couldn’t trust their process, their communication, and integrity.

Great at talking and selling, rubbish at after sales. Supposed to have a years AA cover, can’t register the car and JMV won’t help you. Be careful to check the spec of the car, as they put a disclaimer stating it may not be exact. My car falsely advertised heated rear seats, split rear seats, rear electric blind, elec remote mirrors, remote central locking, fully elec adjustable seats (only back tilt was electric), upgraded stereo system. The only things advertised and were on the car was heated front seats, heated steering wheel and elec sunroof. I phoned them about the electric mirrors not working and, remote locking. As I’d paid over £800 extra for 1 years warranty, they said it might have blown a fuse, and I could get it checked. I found an RAC approved garage who specialised in electrics (warranty was with RAC). The nearest one was 20 miles away. They checked it out and even phoned H.O. of car manufacturers, to double check. It turned out the car didn’t even have the features! So I did a 40 mile round trip for nothing, with them probably knowing the car didn’t have them. The man at the garage was amazing, didn’t charge me, and said I could return the car under false advertising. I wrote to the manager at JMV about returning it, but he said I had buyers remorse! What a joke! Oh yes, Paul actually told me the car had 2 previous owners when I asked, but when I received registration document through, it had 4 previous owners. I actually love the car luckily, but I said I paid for a car that was advertised as “fully loaded”, but only got a couple of extras.
Everyone says the guys are so great, they do everything for you. It seems that they do that so there’s no time to stop and check things out. I realised when I got home that I didn’t even know how long my finance was for. He just said an email will come through, when I was sitting at the dealers. He said sign it then email it to him. He never gave me paperwork until the end of the sale, which was my fault for not asking, but they literally bamboozle you with their talk. I thought it was just me with a bad experience, but others have had the same poor after sales, so once they’ve got your money, they don’t give a sh*t!
