The floor routing was quick with no mess, the pipes were installed tested and grooves filled with latex a whole area with two loops and about 150m of pipe were completed in about 6 hrs in total
Work was efficient and preceded by clear guidance on preparation which was helpful. Crew who came were good though not very talkative.

Excellent service
Very quick, efficient, and polite. Excellent work. It could only be improved by taking away the removed materials.
It does mention on the website that it is the customer's responsibility but this would improve the experience.

HI Robert,
Many thanks for sharing your experiences with us and for also providing a 5 star review.
We are delighted to hear that your project was completed to such a high standard of workmanship and service. Unfortunately the cuttings which are removed from the floor are something which we will always need to dispose of on site due to the risk of splitting during transport as our fleet isn't equipped with trailers, etc.
This also prevents having to pass on additional expenses to the end user for waste disposal facilities off site.
We hope that this is an understandable issue and welcome the feedback you have provided.
Warm regards

Quick and tidy job carried out by Anil and Hassan
After installing the jk system a few weeks ago, I am amazed at how warm the system is! To top it off, the installers were clean, tidy and respectful. Went through the process and kept us informed!

Phase 1 compete - flawless so far!!
Had Josh and James with us for a couple of days laying around 80m2 of UFH. Been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The communication was clear, they were super polite, and their cutters weren’t anywhere near as noisy/dusty as I was expecting. Plumbers are commissioning next week so that will be the final test!!

My interim review
This is something of an interim review since we are ⅔ of the way into the installation. It seems appropriate to post it now as it may assist others in making a decision to use JK...
Basically, the team have been nothing but exceptional in their work and communications to get my system installed. From my first meeting with them at the Home Building and Renovation Show in 2023, I have felt entirely valued as a customer and dealt with in a patient and professional manner.
Laura, in the office, has provided the reassuring and knowledgeable support I have needed as I journey through quite an extensive renovation. I have valued this tremendously.
Dan has worked to fulfil my ever changing timetable and logistically challenging requests.
Josh and James have been the politest, most efficient installation crew I could have wished for. Conditions have been a little tricky on site but their professionalism throughout has been impressive. Tidy, focused and coordinated, they have completed each phase in good time and with a smile!
Phase 3 will be in a couple of weeks after which I look forward to the "switch on". A further review will follow after this.

Team come on time and done install on…
Team come on time and done install on time.
Only thing, the team did cut though a pipe which was under the floor, which I had to fix before they came back on the next day to complete the installation. The work quality was not as good as my last installation, some of the flexi seal was quite bumpy which I had to rub down before the screed was laid. Also a thicker coat had to be laid to cover the un smoothness of flexi seal.

HI Peter,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us with a review and for your comments.
It is very unfortunate to hear that there was an issue with a pipe being cut in the floor. If this was buried under the slab then it unfortunately is not possible for us to detect this prior to the works commencing unless we can be notified about it as per notice 1.10. Service Pipes which explains this in detail on all our our customers accepted quotations.
We do hope the issue did not cause too much distress and we certainly thank you for your efforts in assisting with this unfortunate occurrence.
We do take note of your complaints around the finish of the flexseal and this was something in which we could have avoided. You have our apologies for this happening, but we would like to say that we did return to site to assist in the correction as best we could and for the inconvenience we also offered a small compensation amount as a gesture of further apology.
We do hope that since these issues however as the system appears to have been installed in February 2024, that it is performing as you expected and you are hopefully pleased with the UFH.
Thank you for being fair with your review despite some of the issues that occurred.
Warm regards

Fantastic service from JK
Fantastic service from JK. Stuck to the agreed price, were very clear about what was required on site and did a swift, clean and tidy job when they said they would. If only all the construction industry was like this. Thanks a lot to James and Josh.
No hesitation in recommending JK to anyone who wants UFH.

Poor install team communication
Product seems great but was very disappointed with the installation guys who didn’t let us know where they were upto and at the end of both days just left without even saying anything.
Paid extra for a screed finish which was left looking like a child had done parts if it, very poor finish. Going to do the rest of the house next year so will definitely have a good look around for alternatives as the installation team was a real let down. Krys the manager did come to have a look and offered assistance which was good just a shame about the install.

Hi Chris,
Thank you for speaking to me directly back in September when both this review and your UFH installation was completed.
I believed that I had replied to you via this method immediately after our phone call, but it clearly hasn't posted so I apologize for this delayed follow up to your review.
After we spoke I informed Kris [NW Operations Manager] of your review and feedback of the installation team. Like myself, he was also disappointed this had occurred.
Customer experience is of great focus throughout our company and we feel this reflects with how many positive reviews we receive here on TP. To be informed of the issues around simple lack of communication and courtesy once your job was completed simply wasn't acceptable to us and has since been dealt with internally.
As discussed around the flexseal application, i can again only apologize about some of the areas where high points were left. As mentioned, the compound is not installed in a fashion where we go from perimeter to perimeter of a room and we will also avoid laying the compound under units / islands as it is a means of backfilling the UFH pipework only and not intended to be a self-levelling compound, so it will never leave a flat / smooth finish as it is applied with a 2mm notch trowel.
Understanding that a bad experience can put people off using the same business / service again, it would be regretful on our side Chris if we were not able to undertake the remainder of your project once you are ready for the works to commence.
It is very unlike us to provide the service level we know we can achieve and I would welcome any opportunity to be able to put this right and show you what the standard of service should have been like from the very beginning.
You are more than welcome to contact me directly should you have any further need to do so. My e-mail address is
