My return was approved
My return was approved, but no instructions were subsequently sent, as promised, on how to submit the return. I repeatedly wrote requesting that information. I heard nothing back. The quality of the item I purchased was excellent. I just needed a larger size.

Impossible to submit return
Impossible to submit return. It's been two weeks since I ordered a hat - although ordered to my standard measurement (which I re-measured before ordering given the pricetag) it was way too large for me (by 2 cm). I submitted a return two weeks ago and it still hasn't been processed (two emails stating my request was received, another that I'd eventually receive more information, nothing since). This is the most difficult return process I've ever encountered. You've convinced me to never use your site again.

The best hat story!
The first hat we ordered, though his head was just within the size range as measured, was too tight for my sweetheart. So, I requested a return (there was no exchange offered at that stage). It took a couple of days between X-mas and New Year's Eve, but I got the approval, and then the exchange option was there. I was happy. But then. . . they mailed me the new size and told me not to stress through the next holiday in the expected bad weather! Wow. . . I'm so impressed. The new size fit perfectly and my sweetheart is the sweetest in this new size. He loves it, and I love him, so we are both so happy! I'll mail the old one out tomorrow. Thank you for respecting your customer!
