Useless costumer service…Worst online shopping experience ever
If I could give a negative star review…I placed my order on Feb 2nd and it’s now May and still nothing. I understand I need to wait if it’s pre-order items, so I contacted costumer service to inquire about my status if they will be sent out anytime soon. I emailed the first time in early March and they told me it will be shipped within a week and will prioritize my order, and I believe them, wanted to give them some more time and since they’ve said that. Then another few weeks passed by, still NOTHING! I was extremely frustrated and asked them to cancel my order for over 5 times in April and May. Till now, they did nothing about it and each time all they replied the exact same responses “We are truly sorry for the delay!
we've received a large number of orders, so your shipment may take longer than usual.
We understand it is a long wait, do you still want to keep this item?
We will give you the priority of shipment. Thank you.” I replied NO! NO! NO! And guess what? STILL NOTHING DONE! The worse online shopping experience ever. Never buying anything from them ever again

If anyone is also experiencing trouble, I emailed them on instagram @j.ing_official and asked for a refund and they gave me one after a few days
Waste of money, never received anything
I ordered multiple items 3 MONTHS AGO and never received anything. It says it’s still awaiting shipment if I look at my order confirmation. I tried contacting customer care twice and no reply whatsoever. So unprofessional and such a waste of my money.

Good Experience in Past, Now I Can't Even Get A Refund
I don't know really how to feel about J.Ing. I ordered something from them in 2022. It took a long time to ship (it was listed as a pre-order item), but when it came the quality really surpassed my expectations! Then around December 2022/January 2023 I saw that they were advertising a clearance sale. I decided to purchase a few items in February.
In March I emailed them asking when they expected my items to ship because I was moving. No response. My items were not on pre-order and they had not even been dispatched during that month.
I moved in April, so I emailed again asking them if they could update the shipping address since my items STILL hadn't even been shipped.
Now it is the end of April, and my items were still awaiting shipment. I decided to reach out via Instagram (note that they haven't posted since December and the comments are full of angry people who have not received their shipments either). I DMed them and asking when they would be shipping my items and that I needed to update my shipping address (as I had emailed twice before). I included the order # and threatened to cancel because I at this point I can't even get a confirmation that it will be sent to the right location.
They responded the next day saying they cancelled my order... which wasn't even what I was asking for. But maybe for the best because I am not sure the package was ever going to be shipped.
They cancelled my order 12 days ago and the status of my shipment says "Refund Failed." I have confirmed on the card I purchased with that indeed the funds have not been deposited onto the card. Unfortunately I bought with a debit card so I can't even contest the original charge to try to get my money back!
All this is SO weird to me since my first order came and was great quality. I don't know what is going on with the company given they aren't responding to emails, not posting on socials, not shipping MANY orders, and not refunding orders. I am very disappointed because I was really excited for more great products.
Do Not Order!!
I am trying trying to return an item I bought. I emailed them as they ask you to do. In a couple days they responded asking for a picture of the garment. I replied right away. After a few days they asked for the name of the garment but stil did not give return address. All emails come during the night and there are several days in between. I believe this is a scam and I will soon be past the 14 day window for returns. Very frustrating.
Buyer Beware | Orders Never Ship
I placed an order on February 28,2023. The order was never shipped, and it is now April 25th. This was not a pre-order item. In fact, this very item is on clearance now. The website states that non-preorders ship in 1-5 days. This is not true; you will most likely never see your package. I've reached out to customer service numerous times. I only received one response, which was automated. I even called their customer support number. I called during their working hours, which are indicated at the beginning of the call. However, I was still hit with a voicemail box and a message that, despite working beginning at 8am, 10am their time is outside their working hours.
A lot of money was lost. Buyer beware, this is a scam.

The worst shopping experience ever. I have been reaching out to their customer services regarding tracking information after 2 months of waiting but they never response or they will auto response with no information provided. So frustrating and disappointing to shop on their site. Will never ship them again.

I had order at Nov/2022 until now April/2023, still lost 3 items, the status just “waiting for shipment”, terrible company. Return my money back, I will never ever use this anymore.

I ordered something almost 3 months ago and I have not received it yet or gotten an updates on where it is. Their site keeps crashing and every time I try to message someone they never message me back. I tried a month and a half after ordering to contact someone to help me change my address because at that point I was moving to a new apartment. No one helped me and I keep asking for a refund and literally no one will actually follow through on assisting. I am out a lot of money now because of this and I never received the product or have any idea where it is.

A terrible service. I placed 4 orders and now I haven't got them since 1st January (nearly 4 months). I sent emails to them, but always get automatic emails.
Beware of Scam
Placed order last month and paid $20 extra for expedited shipping. My order to this day still says “awaiting shipment”. Have emailed twice and get an automated response saying my order will be on its way soon. Why have the option for expedited shipping if it’s not even expedited? Emailed them TWICE that I wanted a refund and it’s been radio silence both times. Why can they respond when I ask where my item is but can’t respond when i ask for a refund? SCAM
The worst customer service I’ve ever…
The worst customer service I’ve ever had. This is the first time I’m writing a negative review about a company because I’m really frustrated and don’t know what else to do. I placed an order on 1st Feb and still have not received it. I first contacted the customer service on 31st March to find out if it had been dispatched. When I received a reply I was really happy as they apologised for the delay and asked if I still wanted the item and if so they were going to give priority and dispatch my order in the next 6 to 7 days. So, I emailed back saying I still wanted my order and would really appreciate if they could give it the priority like the said they would. 2 weeks passed by and I did not get any update on my order so I emailed them again on 13 April and I still have not had any response. Now I’m starting to think I will never receive the order I paid for and it was a scam all along.
No communication or order updates
Placed an order on Feb 15, haven’t received anything yet. Do not reply to my emails or instagram dms. Card has been charged and now the only option left is to dispute.
