This is a SCAM!! I ordered a dress on June 16th 23, and it is not September 5th 23. I have tried to contact them through email and all of my emails have been blocked.

SCAAAAAM!!! I placed an order back in January 2023 for 251.66 USD and still haven’t gotten anything. I have tried to reach out to them and now they have blocked my email!! Do not buy from this site.

I would give them a 0 rating if possible. I placed an order in DECEMBER 2022. They sent me an email that one of the factories was closed due to COVID and then blocked my email from responding to them. I never got a refund and when you look up their address it doesn't look like a legit company at all. (Just check Google Maps) I just checked the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and the most legitimate site to check for scam companies and they also agree it's not a credible company and under investigation. I feel like most of the good reviews here are fake reviews. Just wanted to do my due diligence and report it here.

Dont buy its a scam. I order to them in january and never received anything, have send them mails and they didnt refund anything and finally blocked from their emails.

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. This place is 100% a scam. I will say I knew others who received their clothing previously. This is the main reason why I bought from them. As of right now, you will NOT receive anything and they will take your money with no refunds. I ordered clothes back in Dec 2022. It’s been that long and I have never received my shipment or a refund. I have messaged them through IG and emailed their customer service. I never got a response or kept getting responses stating they were working on it. Funny to find now that their IG account changed names and usernames. If I go back to my DMs, I can see our conversation and how they’re randomly named “arose.is.arose_officail” now and they’re private (*edit: they’re now renamed as “j.ing_official” and is still private). Seriously go check it out on IG right now. If I could show you photos of our DMs I would. Additionally, their customer service email is literally GONE. They tell you to email their customer service team in their website under “Contact Us” and in their order confirmation email to you. Yeah, that email literally does not exist anymore. So please do yourself a favor and do not spend your money here. Save yourself the headache.

I placed an order on July 6, 2023. One dress I wanted for my bridal shower. It’s August 15, 2023 and nothing. It still says “awaiting shipment.” I’ve tried emailing customer service but I get instant emails saying the email address has been blocked? Don’t waste your hard earned money on this piece of crap “company!!”

I ordered one time and really liked the products and kept some items and returned others. I received store credit via email. I lost the email but thought I would be ok as they should have the record of the refund on their end. Sent many emails asking for their help on the store credit (refund issue) but they refuse to respond.

I bought some cloths on July 5,2023 and have received NOTHING!!! It’s Agustina 14, 2023. Order #00396256. want my money back and cancel this order.

They said the quality was poorly made and that my items were returned to the warehouse bc they didn’t pass their quality control inspection here is the email they sent:

After that I never got a response I have tried to call so many times to the phone they gave me nothing!!! It doesn’t exist!!! I have tried to send a message to customer service I was blocked!!!!!

I don’t get it. I ordered from them 2 years ago and everything was perfect. But now… I ordered 5 dresses on January 2023. It’s August 2023 and I still got nothing! They don’t answer and if I ask for a refund on Instagram DM, they say the refund request failed. Smh

They scam me I placed a order July 24 here it is august 7 and my item still hasn’t been shipped I’m pissed this was my first experience from them

zero star, SCAM, DO NOT BUY FROM JINGUS

Do not use this company they need to be reported and Instagram and website deleted. They take your money and send no product. I bought a coat in February no coat and no refund it’s now July.

I placed an order in February (!) which I had not yet received in July. It was difficult to get in touch with customer service as their email didn't work and instagram gave me automatic replies. Finally I got a reply via Instagram (I then had to make sure to write in the evening due to the time difference) Asking to have my order canceled and get a refund. The refund would take 5-10 business days.. Today it's been 10 days and I haven't received any money back yet. Now I'm sitting here again trying to "chase" customer service... This is the absolute worst experience I've had and would never recommend this store.

This is a scam vendor. I made 3 orders from them and they never ship anything to me. Attempted to contact them and asked for refund but never got any replies. It has been more than 6 months and now I couldn't dispute with my bank because it was out of dispute window. Please report them to BBB and FTC for their fraudulent selling practices.

I bought and returned some items and they issued me a gift card a while back. But right now, I could not access my gift card. It says "Sorry, this shop is currently unavailable". I emailed the customer service but it says the message has been blocked. My credit card company told me that I could not get money back because the first package did get delivered and whatever happened after is outside their control.

This is scam!!!!!!!!
I placed the order in June they took my many and haven’t received the order yet.
