Really simple process, easy to contact, very helpful throughout the ordering and creation process, product came out better than I could have imagined, would never look elsewhere to purchase custom jerseys.

Great quality shirts, accommodated different a lot during the process from extra embroidery on the back of the shirts to different length of sleeves. Really good process. Delivery time was a bit close at the end so make sure to order well in advance but the overall quality was great. Would recommend.

Have used Jim's for 2 large orders now, and I must say that, having used other rugby shirt providers in the past, this is by far the best standard in product and service. The shirts are excellent quality, and there is lots of flexibility in design. Service-wise, they are very prompt and can meet deadlines (even manage to ship an order abroad and deal with customs). Would highly recommend.
