Svar fra Jiffy
Dear Ray,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are truly grateful for your continued support and thrilled to hear that you have been pleased with the quality of our craftsmanship in past orders.
At the same time, I am genuinely sorry to hear that some of the items you received did not fit properly. We know how frustrating it is when an order falls short of expectations, and we want to ensure every piece you receive fits and looks exactly as it should.
To help us resolve this for you as quickly as possible, could you please provide your order number?
If there are any noticeable defects or sizing discrepancies with the garments, sending over a few photos would also be immensely helpful so our quality team can review them directly.
Once we receive those details, we will get right to work on making things right for you. We deeply appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again.
