Shipping policy has gone downhill
Your shipping policy was previously great. Free shipping at $59 with a few exceptions. You now have to reach $59 for each brand or pay shipping. This is not feasible for a small business that requires different brands but not a large volume.

Ease to order Perfect! Quality meh
I appreciate how easy it was to order and how quickly the product arrived however we ordered from a different store as well and the quality and ease of use was night and day difference. The DTF transfers we recieved had little holes in it even thought it was a solid image, and to transfer them was just so much harder!

In September
In September, I ordered black T-shirts. All five of my small black T-shirts did not show up. Unfortunately, you only give people three days to look through their box of T-shirts so now that I’ve gone to use my black T-shirts my 5 small black T-shirts are missing. So not only have I wasted money buying small black T-shirts for you, but I also have to waste gas driving half an hour one way to the city to buy one black T-shirt for a woman that was expecting her T-shirt the next day.
I have ordered from this company multiple times you would think that I would get more than three days to look through my box of items to confirm if my order is all there.
I am missing five black small T-shirts from Order #1550849152 I would like my five black small T-shirts, please. That is how this rating could be made right.

I order a lot from Jiffy. For years, I have never had issues, but recently we have had alot of issues. Some have been shipping problems and some have been transfer print quality. For me, it is all about the recovery of service. Recently, I have to go days without response to emails for resolution. It is unfortunate, but I am having to transition to another company after many years. I need to trust that I can get in touch with someone when problems happen.
