Great app and customer service. Groceries are delivered really quickly and accurately. I have been using it regularly for a while and i will continue to do so.

The best grocery ordering app I've ever used, the price are incredibly reasonable and the delivery, besides being free, literally happens in a Jiffy. I would still give them 5 stars regardless, however if I have to pick something that can be improved, it would be the amount of vegan products that they have available, especially those used for cooking vegan meals (e.g nutritional yeast).

Delivery is quick and reasonably priced. Could perhaps improve selection of cupboard basics to choose from. Drivers have always been friendly and efficient.

I find jiffy reliable, always prompt and sometimes even deliver in under 10 minutes! I couldn't go to my corner shop get what I want (if they have it) and get back again within that time. They are also reasonably priced, sometimes cheaper than the supermarkets. I am so happy that I was told by my son about Jiffy, I have used them on many occasions. Thank you Jiffy 👍😀

Service is excellent, just need to have more essential items in stock. They should never have no bottles of water etc. Otherwise great app

Really quick delivery times and very reliable. I use them at least 2 a week and it’s quicker and cheaper than going to a Tesco / Sainsburys local.

I’ve been using Jiffy 2/3 times a week for the past 4 months and I’ve never experienced any issue. Prices are better than my local Sainsbury’s.
I can only recommend their products and service. The Delivery is always quick.
In terms of prices, delivery and overall service Jiffy is the best grocery delivery app.

Love this app, literally saves me running out in the cold to pick up everyday items when I realise i’ve ran out last minute, they deliver within minutes, very handy and surprisingly not overly priced, slightly dearer than your local shop but saves you time and energy especially late at night or early morning

Lightning fast! I ordered avocados and bread to make toast for breakfast. Before I could get out of bed, the rider rang the doorbell. And the avocado was delicious, fresh and soft.

My order took 86 minutes to arrive but as it was Christmas Eve I let that slide as I know the demand is even bigger than anticipated due to Covid. I noticed a mistake in my order so contacted them and they offered me a refund but no replacement as the drivers were all busy. I then became very sick on Christmas Day and couldn’t work out why. This morning I noticed the gluten free bread I ordered was in fact not gluten free and I had been unknowingly glutening myself. When I wrote to the support line they called me asking why I didn’t raise this issue on the day of the order. I explained the item looked the same as the GF and that was beside the point regardless. He kept reiterating that this was ‘strange’ and he’d need to see some photos of the item. On sending these he called me back and said he was vegan and he has to double check all his food so the problem was more that I didn’t double check the bread was gluten free. It’s an unbranded bread in cellophane but ultimately although mistakes can be made I was shocked that he couldn’t apologise for the error or appreciate how sick mistakes like this can make people like me. He asked if I’d like £5 off my next order but I explained I wouldn’t feel comfortable ordering from Jiffy again and he said he would refund me for the bread but next time best to double check all the items myself.

Mistakes do happen, but the way in which they’re remedied is the key facet here, and the customer service I received was appalling. If you have any intolerances it is just not worth ordering from this company.

Ordered on Christmas Eve. Was pouring down so let driver inside front door to drop items and take photograph of delivery
Gave him£5.00 tip. Then asked if I lived alone. He had his helmet on. Creepy
I said no my boyfriend is upstairs. He said 'really'. 'You look good'. I closed the door on him and said get out. Which he did. Bad taste
Am £5.00 down for a tip to a creep. Will never use them again.(boyfriend wasn't upstairs so was scary)

Joke. Advertised a wine on the app. What was delivered was different. When I questioned, they asked me if I would accept a 20% offer- sure, we can make this work. Turns out the voucher doesn’t work on wine. Customer service chat is arrogant.

Unfortunately once they reached their VC goals value for customers is removed

Prices are hiked for delivery, no discounts and even minimum basket cost increased to £15

Well, we live in time of competition so it means it's time to move to competitors.
