While we appreciate feedback, it’s important that reviews are truthful. Misleading statements and fake reviews do not serve any purpose and only create confusion.
To clarify, your initial application was handled by an Indian company. Unfortunately, their errors led to your application's rejection and created complications in your case.
When you visited our office, we provided guidance and referred you to a team of experts who are highly skilled in such matters. They corrected the errors in your application caused by the Home Office's concerns, ultimately ensuring its successful submission. It is surprising that you chose not to mention this crucial support in your review.
You came to our office and shared that you were facing difficulties managing your work and personal life, especially with your child. You requested help, acknowledging that we had successfully assisted your friend with a similar issue.
Despite my busy schedule, I prioritized your case. Although I initially informed you that I could provide guidance after two weeks, I made exceptions for you, working during my holidays and weekends to help you fill out your application – all without charging you. I believe this deserves recognition.
Today, you came to my office without an appointment. Understanding your struggles, I still made time for you, putting aside other commitments. I spent three hours assisting you, again without any charge, purely as a friend and to support you during a difficult time.
The issue of paying your visa fees was not agreed upon, which led to you becoming aggressive and speaking disrespectfully in my office. Following this incident, you wrote this review. While I respect your opinion, it is crucial to present the truth to the community and yourself.
Writing negative comments out of frustration will not change anything. Instead, it may harm others in need of genuine help. If such incidents discourage people from seeking support, the broader community may suffer.

very un professional and wasted my time
I started my HCPC process with Jhanvi Consultancy in January. I paid the initial amount, with the rest to be settled by the end of the process. Unfortunately, I have never received timely service. I understand that government processes can take longer than expected, but when specific documents are requested, it is both my responsibility and theirs to provide them on time.
Despite my polite inquiries for updates, I was informed by Mr. Pratik that there were six other clients ahead of me, which would delay my process by another month or more. I was told I had to submit required documents within 28 days—how could I remain calm and wait for my turn? I did not sign a contract for a large sum just to be left waiting without progress.
After months of waiting, I felt I had no choice but to terminate my contract, requesting a refund and my documents back. I want to clarify that while government delays are understandable, the delays on Jhanvi Consultancy's part were unacceptable. If you know you have too many clients to serve on time, consider hiring more staff or avoid taking on more work than you can handle. I wasted 10 months of my 2-year Post-Study Work (PSW) visa with them and am now pursuing my HCPC application more effectively on my own. I would never recommend Jhanvi Consultancy to anyone.

My experience with this job consultancy…is very bad.
My experience with this job consultancy was very disappointing. They failed to understand my skills and career goals, repeatedly suggesting irrelevant jobs. Communication was poor, with consultants being unresponsive and disorganized. The few interviews they set up were either mismatched or poorly coordinated, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated. They made empty promises and didn’t seem genuinely invested in helping me find a suitable job. Overall, it was a complete waste of time, and I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone serious about their job search.

I had an extremely negative experience with this job consultancy, which I now believe is fraudulent. They promised to help me secure a job but demanded upfront fees for "guaranteed" placements and various "services." After paying, their communication became sparse, and the consultants stopped responding to my emails and calls altogether.
Not only did they fail to deliver any legitimate job opportunities, but they also refused to refund the money despite multiple requests. The few leads they provided turned out to be completely irrelevant or nonexistent, making me feel scammed. It’s clear that this agency is more interested in taking people’s money than helping them find employment.
I strongly urge others to stay away from this consultancy. Their actions are misleading, unethical, and appear to be part of a scam.
