I ordered two rings on February 14th—it is now September. Two months after placing the order, I started sending numerous emails requesting a refund, but for months I received the same stock answer: "The package should arrive within two weeks; if not, we will proceed with the refund."
Eventually, I gave up and demanded the refund, but they stopped responding altogether. They are nothing but scammers.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

I ordered a ring from Jewelsify for 40€, thinking it was a high-quality piece of jewelry. I was hoping it would be a beautiful and special gift for my girlfriend, but I was hugely disappointed. What they do is simply dropship cheap products from China.
The package arrived after more than two weeks, confirming it comes directly from there. The ring I received is just cheap junk, and the stones are pieces of colored glass or plastic. I found the exact same product, including the original Chinese manufacturer's tag (Yiwu Trading) still on it, on AliExpress and Temu for prices between 2 and 4€.
The box it comes in looks nice in pictures to catch your eye and justify the astronomical price, but the metal quality is poor and will most likely oxidize and turn your finger green after the first hand wash. Beware of their deceptive marketing on social media and use Google Lens to search their pictures before buying!

I ordered from Jewelsify and I am honestly more than satisfied. The delivery was fast and the packaging was beautiful with great attention to detail. The jewelry looks even better in real life than in the pictures and feels very high quality. Customer service was also excellent friendly fast and very helpful. I would definitely order again and can highly recommend Jewelsify.

Ordered a couple rings of Jake and Sully.
I got just the Jake ring and a gift that looks like building.
The ring it self should have a cut so you could adjust the size.
But;
I only received the Jake Ring and it did not have any cuts so i could adjust it to my finger.
Sent e-mail upon email but no reply's.
Never shopping from them again and i encourage all who are looking at the site to do the same, don't buy, you wont know what items you get. and when complaining you wont get an answer.
