I completed KYC certification on their gambling website and recharged $100. Afterwards, I won $200 through slot machine games and withdrew it. However, they inexplicably banned my account, frozen my funds, and demanded that I undergo KYC verification again. After I completed KYC, they asked me to wait for 3 days, but after 3 days, they didn't reply at all. They deliberately procrastinated and wanted me to give up my money.
