There were initial issues with shipping due to some problem with the agreements. It would have been helpful to have this information on the website so I could have chosen a different delivery method. Otherwise, everything went smoothly, and I received my order. The products were packed better than usual and arrived in a sturdy box. I’m deducting one star due to the lack of communication and the hassle involved. I will order again.

El pedido debería haber tratado 3.dias y tardo más de 10. Lo peor es que no me sentó bien el producto. Habitualmente consumo Velo sin problemas. Su producto me producía náuseas y mareo. Lo intenté dos veces y la segunda fue peor que la primera vez. Dinero tirado a la basura. Compré tres bolsas.
Escribo esto por si alguien. Lo prueba y le pasa lo mismo que a mi. Si la primera prueba no es buena no intenten una segunda. Será peor.
