I used jetparks 3 at Manchester airport and I can honestly say it was the most abysmal service I have ever experienced. I parked my car and set off for terminal 1 and it took over 1 hour to get to the terminal with waiting for a bus to arrive and then stopping at every bus stop in the car park. It was fortunate that I had arrived 3 hours pre departure if not I would have missed my flight. On my return, it took 55 mins to get back to the car park after the driver got off went to collect his sandwiches ! I don’t really know what to say as I was truly aghast at how rubbish this service is. I would highly recommending avoiding as life is too short! I have told everyone I know about how poor the service was and I would recommend that you park in the city centre of Manchester and walk to the airport as it would be quicker than this outfit !
Very courteous and punctual when using them at Heathrow Terminal 2.
Rang when we collected our luggage and the car was waiting for us on arrival at the desk. Quick and efficient get away.
Used Jet Parks at T5 Heathrow, booked online through third party. Everything worked fine in terms of drop off and pick-up of vehicle, but the instructions from the online booking said to call them before getting to airport, except no phone number was provided. If you try calling the normal Jet Parks phone number on their website you get sent in a weird automated loop and you can't speak to anyone (and the messages weirdly do not mention Heathrow at all). When you arrive at Heathrow short stay car park and find them, they are calling themselves something like 'Blue Circle'. We picked the car up from where we left it with no issues (we didn't have to call them luckily, it was already there). The car was fairly dirty with bird muck and leaves over it, but everything else was fine, and the staff we met were polite. Good service, but I felt a bit worried when we couldn't contact them by phone, and when we did find them they had a different company name than we expected.
I’m neither tired nor grumpy nor out to leave a bad review because I’m jet lagged. Just want to be honest. The arrival procedure couldn’t have gone smoother, called 30 minutes before arriving at T3 to drop off the car, was met by a representative, paper work
completed, left the car for two weeks! However, on return… followed thw instructions, called once we had cleared baggage reclaim to be told 20 mins for the car to be delivered at level 4. It was chaos there as I think all “meet and greet” parking is conducted at the same place in T3 at Heathrow. Lots of fed up and frustrated passengers waiting for cars to be delivered. After waiting for 40 minutes I called to be told the car was nearly with us.. we have a tracking app, it was still in the holding compound. Spoke to the desk clerk who initially was polite and tried to help by calling the offsite operators. After 3 attempts to find out what was happening, each time to be told the car would be there in minutes and each time we explained that we could see it hadn’t moved, over an hour had passed. We were not alone in our wait, families with small children and elderly people all being fobbed off with “it’s on its way”
It’s the lies that are worse than the wait. If you have no drivers, are under pressure, or doing your best to fulfil commitments, just say. Don’t continually lie and then get aggressive when challenged!!’ Don’t use Jetparks, we won’t be again.

I will never use any airport car park services. I will pay for taxi etc whatever the cost. Its cheaper at £1k even, you have no trouble.
I definitely do not recommend Heatrow T3 jetparks, they dropped off the car quickly without any problems. They have no idea how a meet & greet should work. after the first contact after collecting my luggage, I was told to meet them in ROW F level 4.( don’t know why all cars was drooped to ROW A by entrance) 30 minutes later the car still wasn't there. After unsuccessful contact attempts, I managed to call again and was told that the car is on the way after another 30 minutes car still wasn't there .After further contact attempts, I was told that the car would be arriving in 20 minutes. Finally, after 1.25 hours, I picked up the car. Why do you need information when someone is arriving if you can't get the car there on time? and it really doesn't matter to me if you park our car, far away from the terminal,just organise your work so that the car is ready for collection on time and if you can't return the car within 30 minutes after collecting your luggage, just tell the truth ,how long you have to wait because most people that’s day waited about 50 minutes - 1.3 hours. I've never had problems with jet parks at other airports before, but this time it was the worst part of our vacation. I definitely do not recommend heatrow T3
Terrible terrible service. Waited over two hours from first call. Initially told 30-40 min. After 40 min we called and were told 20-30 min. Then called at 30 min and was told the car was “leaving now and would be 20-25 min”. An hour later we called to be told it had just left…
AVOID USING THIS COMPANY
Where do I even begin? This company can single-handedly ruin any vacation! I deeply regret not researching them before booking. We opted for Jetparks for the sake of convenience during our holiday, and it turned out to be a grave mistake! Not only did they take an incredibly long time to return our car, but when it finally arrived, the entire passenger side was severely damaged! Their apologies were minimal, and obtaining the driver's details was a nightmare. To make matters worse, they didn't even reach out to us for over a week!
The nightmare continued... After three months of relentless pursuit, they reluctantly agreed to cover the repair costs for the car, but then refused to provide a courtesy car during the repairs! This left us without transportation for weeks!
This company is an utter disaster! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! They are nothing but swindlers!
Well, Where do you start! Talk about a company that ruins any holiday you go on! I wish i had checked them on here before booking! Went on a lovely holiday, and for convinience, we decided to use jetparks! Big mistake!!! Not only was the wait for them to bring our car back ridiculously long, but when it came back, the whole passanger side has been smashed in!! Very little in the way of apologies! Took forever to get the drivers details! then they did not even get in contact with us for over a week!! It gets worse... After 3 months of chasing, they finally agreed to pay for the repairs to the car, only to then say they will not provide a courtesy car during the repair! So no car for weeks while repaired too!
This company is an ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! THEY ARE CON MEN!!
Dreadful.service on pick up. Over 1 hour wait. When I received the car the dash cam had been disconnected, read into that as you will.A company to avoid
Jet Parks retuned my BMW X3 with the side stoked in. They didn't contact me for a week and 3 months later after many hours chasing they are agreeing to the repair. I am still chasing for a courtesy car as they are refusing to supply one during the repair of my car.
They are shocking do not use them.
Remember most of the reviews are simply tired and grumpy people who have had a bad experience. We are the opposite we had a terrible experience as we lost our car keys at midnight and were 2 1/2 hour drive from home. Chris Breeze aka Breezy was a knight in shining armour. The legend helped us secure our car and get a taxi home. Thank you soooo much. I will t mention the cost though lol
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- crashed our car at Heathrow T3 , told our car was “ roadworthy”, alarm went on when we tried to drive it, incorrect customer service email given to us, no reimbursement to date on our taxi fare home, no communications 9 days after the event on the jetparks insurance process and whereabouts of our vehicle
Like many others drop off was fine, however on return we were told 20 mins to the car being returned. It actually took over an hour. Standing in a freezing cold car park at 6.30 am is not the best end to a holiday. I would advise anyone thinking of using these guys to look elsewhere
NEVER AGAIN. We used the skypark secure service recently at London Heathrow. The drop off of our vehicle went smoothly with no issues. The collection however, we were told it would be 20 minutes but was closer to 50. This wasn’t a massive issue, our biggest issue was the items stollen from our vehicle! When leaving the vehicle we left a car phone cradle attached and a pair of driving glasses. When the vehicle was returned to us the cradle and glasses were both missing. We spoke with the member of staff who brought the car to us and was advised to contact the service email address. The response to this, ‘not our responsibility’. We left the cradle and glasses to ensure being able to drive home- not worth the risk of taking them away and risk losing them which would affect the drive home. We certainly would not use this company again
We dropped off the car with no problems, apart from a slight wait for the driver. However, on our return we waited over 30 minutes and then the following day found that cash and other items had been stolen from the car. We contacted the company who refused to investigate or accept any liability for the theft.
I have used them so far, never an issue.
Last time however on LHW T5 there was a missing item on the car upon return but the Jet Park team was able to sort it out!
I do recommend and will keep using them
Our experience jetparks was simple not as advertised. We booked a meet and greet service, they didnt answer the phone until 15 mins before my car park appointment and then when somone turned up after we had been waiting for another 45 mins they told me that despite somone being in the office they were to lazy to come and collect the car, delaying my check in, Apparently this person was called Anil.
On the way back we waited over an hour for the car, when it turned up it was muddy despite being clean ed inside and out before we dropped it off. Also, a child had clearly been in the back of the car as there were sticky finger prints from a small hand on the back windows, these guys are absolute cow boys and I would highly recommend booking with another supplier or even using the long stay car park would save a lot of time hassle.
Terrible service. Heathrow meet and greet terminal 5. Disorganised, waited 40mins. They rung me again after 30mins to confirm terminal despite me given terminal number when ringing them to say we've collected luggage and are ready, and off course adding it to my booking. Also had to wait at drop off for ages for them to collect car. Do not use them!!!!
