I asked if they would recreate my VPS with different IP numbers because I could no longer log in to my cPanel/WHM on their VPS (other VPS worked OK) or SSH into their VPS. They could have billed for that.
ANYTHING you ask for or
propose will be met with "I see no evidence of [...]" from a guy whom claims 25 years experience.
I got a new host, which solved the problem, but haven't moved our domains away yet.

When changing to something new, there are always going to be little nuances that require adjustments. Based on previous knowledge the stepping stones that may not align just right. That's been the case for me. I've needed help with a number of little things just to get me over the hump and heading in the right direction. Every step of the way, from before making the commitment to present, the staff has been extraordinarily helpful, responsive and kind. I may have personally felt inadequate, but no one else ever made me feel that way. On top of the exceptional service, I'm really enjoying greater functionality and many more features over the previous housing service I was using. So far, I have nothing but great things to say.

These people know their business and people like me, though an IT pro, that are not well versed in website background stuff get frustrated easily when things go wrong. They always figure out what's wrong and fix it quickly and explain what they have done. I have been a customer for several years and intend to keep it that way.
