I started coaching with Jess as I had followed her for a while on instagram and loved how she supported people with mindful eating and moving away from calorie counting which is not sustainable
And the last few months have been amazing! Learning to see food as food and not a calorie, getting away from food guilt and shame whilst becoming stronger and more confident in the gym
