I ordered two sets of jerseys but received a different set, and I am unsure what the employees sent me. The shipment suggests that employees may be dissatisfied with the company and are sending customers whatever items are available. They may be frustrated with the company or with management that appears indifferent to revenue, quality, and professional pride.

FAKE! DO NOT purchase a jersey from this company. Shipping took FOREVER and when we finally received the jersey it is not authentic. They have been reported to the BBB!

The communication was very poor. I contacted you several times and received no answer regarding where my package was. I never knew if I'd receive it or not. When I finally did get it, there were no socks included with the Jersey and shorts, when socks were listed in the description. I'm not going to bother to contact you about this because I'm sure you won't answer.

I purchased and paid for a jersey on August 30 and I never received it. I contacted the company several times asking for either an update on my order or a refund, but my emails were ignored. At this point, I feel like I’ve been ripped off. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this company. Save yourself the frustration and your money—stay away.

Would love to say it’s awesome but I have not received the jersey. Still have not received update about shipping time. Ordered 8/23 and now 9/14 with simply sorry for the delay email from CS. You can do better! At least let people know if the order from you it can take a month to receive their order. You can do better!

Extremely slow delivery. I ordered the jersey on July 29th. It did not arrive until August 14th. As others said, tracking was useless. The product took so long to arrive, that I requested a refund while still waiting. Suddenly, the tracking started looking like an appropriate route (down the east coast instead of from east coast to west coast) and the jersey arrived a few days later. The jersey is nice but the emblem irritates my son’s chest so he has to wear a Tshirt underneath the jersey.

I accidentally ordered a size S though I needed an L. Immediately upon receiving the order confirmation I saw the error and emailed customer service asking that the order be modified or cancelled. I received an automated response that they would reply within a couple of days. I never heard back until the order was shipped - weeks later with the size I couldn’t use.

Easy to order & order shipped immediately.

The size doesn’t match up on the jersey. Communication to custom service is horrible there is no one you can contact with actual number. So don’t order if you are person that likes for quick feedback for return or need a new size.

I agree with customers about the delivery delay. My order was delivered weeks after my grandson’s birthday…
However, once he received it, he LOVES THEM.

The Jersey was late and it did not have the personalization that I asked for.

Slow delivery and wrong size. Going to return. If company resists a refund, I'll do a charge back with my credit card.

Counterfeit merchandise not the real stuff and they have not refunded me for this fake not authentic jersey

Product exactly as described and kids jerseys even come with shorts to match. Everyone complaining about delivery time is not considering the fact that this is the cheapest you can get authentic sports gear. I’ve gotten 4 jerseys from here so far and they are all authentic and again, include matching shorts to make a full soccer kit for my son. When I purchase the same thing from a known retailer, sure it arrives faster but is almost double the price for the full kit. So the complainers should stop whining or go elsewhere and pay full price. Customers service has always responded to me within 48 hours so am unsure of those complaints as well.

4 months ago, I ordered a particular jersey only to receive something different 2 weeks later. I notified Jersey Teams World of the discrepancy. They acknowledged the issue and asked if I would pay shipping for the correct item. I complied but to this date, i still have not received the correct item. Several attempts have been made to contact customer service. No response.
