Jerseymotion Anmeldelser

I purchased a Tottenham shirt through their website before actually checking out the reviews here on trustpilot while I was waiting for my package to arrive. After reading the poor reviews on TRustpilot I didnt have high hopes that my experience would be good.

However, I received my shirt today and everything checks out! Size and clothing are all good and it certainly does NOT look like a knock off which is what I was most worried about (aside from actually receiving my order!)

Expected delivery was 5-15 business days - it took approx 20 days to get here and the "track your order link" didnt work either so while I am glad with my product I cant give the site top marks.

I received an obvious fake jersey (wrong colours, wrong patterns) while I ordered and paid for an authentic jersey.
The customer service did always replay to my emails but with a lot of excuses that no made sense.

SCAM SITE

Had a problem with delays,I asked for a refund.Money put back into my account within 24 hours Excellent out come.

Order was completed, shipping a bit longer then expected, but everything was OK.

Very long delivery wait. The site indicates 5-15 days for delivery but doesn’t write it takes another 2-3 weeks to organize dispatch. So calculate 5 weeks+ since order.

I think I lost my money and the Christmas present.
Better to avoid them.
