SCUM!!!!!

Have ordered two jersey. The quality is simply horrible. Then wanted to return both and have therefore asked for the return information. 3 months later and after I have sent about 10 emails and 4 videos of the jerseys, I still have no answer but am put off all the time that the store still needs time to check the quality of the jerseys.....

This is a scam!! Took payment of £24 for a jersey. I received confirmation and confirmation order had shipped. When I went to track their website no longer works.

THEY ARE A SCAM... TOTALLY FAKE. I ordered an XL and it showed up a month later and was the size of a women's small! They have no idea what they are doing and kept writing me emails avoiding my questions about it being authentic or not. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Been nearly two months since I ordered a sixers jersey and still haven’t got my order. Stated on the website it would take 10-12 business days to arrive and still nothing. Have email them regarding my order and got a generic response saying “it’s on its way should be with you shortly” but that was probably two weeks ago and still nothing. Don’t expect to get my money back as it feels more and more like a scam.

I couldn't be more disappointed in my experience and will ensure the Australian market knows how bad a business you are. I have paid for 2 products and in YOUR error I've only got one. Ans they won't refund me for their mistake. I am now out of pocket it's not my fault. NEVER BUY FROM THE JERSEY MARKET. This is not how customers should be treated and I am disgusted that this is how they run business. Not ethical business dealings what so ever. Do not buy from this company.

Purchase on april 10 2023. The item didn't arrived. Today is may 20 2023. No solutions, no answers. This is not serious. This shop is a burgler-shop. DON'T BUY HERE. THEY ARE BURGLERS!!!

Ordered a Dirk Nowitzki jersey.

It did arrive at my door in about 4 weeks, shipped from China.

I did write an email to the customer support and got a response fairly quickly.

Quality of product is quite OK, not to the level of a 120+ £ jersey but you get what you pay for (I paid 35£ including shipping).

Scam! Reported to FTC for Fraud.

I ordered, paid... Nothing ever came.. They said i wasnt home when delivery came (i even took my day-off..). i called delivery service.. they didnt find my order at all.
So I asked Jersey-market what do i do now?

SCAM can't believe I didn't Google the store before purchasing. Purchased 3 jerseys and it's been 3 weeks with no communication. They won't reply to emails. DONT TAKE THE RISK.

I ordered two jersey's and it took about a month to get them. They were good quality. I'm going to order more jersey's from them.

Ordered one MJ jersey. It arrived a few days later as expected but not very late. Quality is surprisingly good. After my first order they gave me a discount on next order, so I did it again. Let‘s see if the second Order is going to be as good as the first one.

Ordered 2 jerseys, after 3 weeks one arrived, not the 2 I ordered and paid for. Have emailed many times but they just said “package delivered” and have ignored all my further emails asking for the jersey to be sent or refund my money. UPDATE, 2nd jersey has now arrived.

Order a month ago. And didn’t receive anything. No confirmation email whatsoever. DO NOT BUY

Little communication. Keep saying it’s coming but nothing.

I have to say that I am not sure why so many people have had a bad experience with this company. I bought a jersey online and it ended up costing me approx $45 AUD. Customer service replied to my emails and although shipping did not come within 5-7 days as promised or from the ‘Australian warehouse’, it did arrive at my door in about 2 weeks, shipped from China. Quality of product is quite good as well.

DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR MONEY! I ordered 2 jerseys about a week ago and I haven’t even received any emails or contact of any kind since, let alone the jerseys I had ordered. It’s been over 3 weeks and I have given up and come to the conclusion that this whole company is a fraudulent one. Stay away, you have been warned.

Full on scam please do not order, nothing turns up and take your money. SCAM
