Farmer win.

Great for sensitive skin
I bought a T-shirt and hoodie for my 10 year old grandson who struggles to find clothes that feel comfortable. He absolutely loves them.
I just wish there was a more extensive range e.g. shorts and trousers too!

The quality is great, but ....
The quality is great, no complaints on that, but the delivery was really slow. I know that you say each T-shirt is printed as and when you get an order, but then it took a good 10 days before the order was even shipped and no communication except for an email 1. acknowledging the order, and 2. an email next day saying you were getting the order ready.
Having said that, when I emailed to ask for an update, you did respond quickly and the order was shipped next day.
This has happened twice now, 1st time with my husband's order, 2nd time with mine. So think you need to have a rethink about your communications and your ETA.

Tried many bamboo T-shirts in the past…
Tried many bamboo T-shirts in the past due to issues with irritation caused by other materials, these were all either poor fitting or poor quality, so I was very impressed to receive your nice fitting and what appears to be a superior quality product.

Not a good experience
Gilet purchased for a birthday present, took longer then expected to arrive, had to buy an alternative present from another company, Amazon delivery took forever, not even exceptional quality when it did arrive, made in China.

I understand that you were expecting your parcel to arrive sooner and know how frustrating this must have been for you. As per our email correspondence, once our orders have been collected, Amazon keep our customers informed of the journey and estimated delivery times via email and this is something we cannot control.
The majority of our clothes are made from bamboo and organic cotton within Europe. Our gilets are made from recycled polyester and are made in a factory that specialises in this type of product. All of the suppliers we have partnered with are audited regularly to ensure our clothing is made to a high standard.
