I don't know what the hell these people did. My order shipped out of Dothan, went to Birmingham, then went to OPA LOCKA FLORIDA!!! DO YOU HEAR ME, OPA LOCKA FLORIDA!! THATS BELOW LAKE OKEECHOBEE FOR GODS SAKE! Talk about screwing up an order, these guys take the cake

I used Jeffers Pet RX to save a few bucks on prescriptions for my 13 yr old Malinois. My vet said she has cancer and the meds were to make it more comfortable for whatever time she has left. Vet bills have been financially crushing and Jeffers offered a very reasonable price for her medications. I was thrilled that I found such a deal. Getting the RX’s ordered was pretty straightforward, where you order online and then Jeffers confirms with the prescribing veterinarian. The hard part was that it took TWO WHOLE WEEEEEEKS from the time I ordered, until I had the new meds in my hand. It was torture, watching my old friend/dog in agony, every minute of every day…..wondering if the meds would arrive soon. I ended up paying the marked up price for meds at the veterinarian’s office – just a few pills, until the Jeffers order arrived. I would def use them again, but you HAVE TO plan ahead because it takes TWO WEEKS for pills to arrive. Btw- the office staff is very pleasant even if they can’t actually help you get your pet rx’s sooner.

On November 17, 2025 I placed an order for a parvo vaccine and dog health papers. The shipping and handling was over 20 dollars, which was fine because the vaccine needed to stay cool. On November 20, 2025 I received dog health papers but no vaccine, without any explanations. I reached out to customer service and they let me know that the vaccine was out of stock, but had been restocked that day but they were going to issue a refund so I could reorder, rather than just sending the order. Today is November 24, I contacted customer service this morning and the person, thought I would receive a refund in a couple of days. Still no positive answers. I doubt I will ever use Jeffer's again, and I have to say at this point I have given them a 71 dollar donation.

I ordered 3 bags of loving pets bison treats for my sister for a birthday gift for a service dog , the order went through because I got an email with an order # J525259W , after 3 hours I got another email saying the order was cancelled before the payment didn't go through, The debt card that was used was used the night before without any issues and the bank told me the card is good to go and enough money is on the card too! I called the company and and asked for the CEO or any top brass of the company and was told they left at 3pm the lady didn't want to give me any emails for them and said the order was cancelled . On Monday I found that Lambert vet supply own this company so I emailed the CEO of Lambert (Mr.Lambert) and told him the issue I got no reply back after 2 emails also I emailed the CEO of Jeffers Mr Howell and got no reply back too. These 2 ceo's just don't care about their customers , very poor customer service ! I will never tell anyone to order from these 2 company's .Mr.Joe B.

As a cattle farmer in Southeast Georgia, living in an area pretty much devoid of a good livestock supply company within 25 miles, I really like that I can order vaccines, wormer, ear tags, fencing supplies as well as pet supplies and have them delivered to me within a couple of days. They always get the order correct and have very competetive prices. I would recommend them to anyone in the livestock business.
