Order Arrived quickly considering when i ordered was a bank holiday, Packaged really nicely and was an easy transaction, would definitely purchase from again.

Purchased a pot of brush soap as part of a gift. Liked the tin design and the reviews were good. A great price and quick delivery so very happy with my purchase.

I just received my Hot Toys Plo Koon figure. The packaging was great and the price was excellent.i love this store, it has excellent service and great prices. As a person in the UK other sites would cost alot for import and taxes, so having this in the UK I great.

This is my 3rd Hot Toys figure from these guys and I have another 4 with them.

Bought from Jedi Archives and would buy again. They had a Star Wars set that I couldn’t get elsewhere in the UK at a good price. Delivery was prompt, communication was good throughout, and the product was well packaged.

My partner bought me the experience as a Christmas gift and honestly it was a fantastic experience. We started building the sabers with so many different options to customise it and there was 2 amazing staff members that were on hand to help in any way they could. I was very indecisive on what parts of the saber I wanted but they were very accommodating. I would highly recommend this experience to any and all Star Wars fans. You won’t regret it

Brilliant store. Can't think of a single fault to be honest. They are great with communication, stock fantastic products and if buying online for delivery they pack perfectly.

I had been let down by another retailer who had instructed that the helmet would be delayed by another month. I looked around and found that not only could The Jedi Archives delivery in 3 to 5 days but the price was cheaper. I ordered on the Monday and by Friday afternoon the helmet arrived. Very pleased with the service and the speed of delivery.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There was a slight error with a duplicated order but one single email resolved the issue immediately. Great customer service and my order arrived extremely well packaged. Will definitely do business again with this company.

I have ordered from this store twice, once before Christmas and everything was fine. My second order though, to say the service has been poor is an understatement.

I placed the order on December 30.

On January 9 I sent a ticket on their website asking for an update.

On January 16 I sent an email as I still hadn't heard anything and asked them to cancel and refund me if they weren't going to ship by the end of the day. I received a response apologizing and saying they had missed the ticket, they asked if I wanted to wait for the item as it wasn't in stock (didn't see any mention of this when ordering) or if I wanted a different item (I hate when stores do this, if I wanted R2-D2 instead of Darth Sidious then that's what I'd have ordered), or if I wanted a refund. I replied asking for the refund.

At this point I thought fair enough, mistakes happen, I'll just get it off Amazon where it was in stock, however I received no reply.

On January 17 I sent another email asking them to confirm they received my email asking for a refund.

On January 20 I received a reply saying they would sort my refund.

As of today, January 23 my order is still showing as Processing. Not been cancelled, no refund. It has been 24 days since I placed the order, 14 days since I first chased it and 7 since I asked for a refund, yet nothing has been actioned.

I believe I have been more than patient and feel I have no choice but to raise a chargeback with my bank.

Edit: Improved from 1 to 2 stars. After leaving review my refund was processed. While it's a shame a bad TrustPilot review is what it took to prompt action, they do seem to be genuinely sorry about what's happened and I'd give the benefit of the doubt that my experience isn't typical of the store.

I placed a preorder which took around 3months but be rest assured that Jedi Archives are genuine and very helpful if you have any concerns.

Traveled from Wolverhampton to Dorchester to build my lightsaber and got to say it was an amazing experience very friendly staff and I will continue to buy from Jedi archives. Recommend to anybody
