JDS GAS SERVICES Anmeldelser

We had Ryan and the team out over 2 different dates to sort a problematic issue with our external soil pipe, and to reseal a couple of toilets. The work is always done to a very high standard, clean and tidy, and done in decent time. Terrific company to use for any plumbing or heating work.

I recently relocated from Wales to Scotland and encountered difficulties with unreliable tradesmen. Upon contacting JDS, they promptly sent Ally to inspect my boiler. Ally was exceptionally courteous and professional, providing ample notice and thorough explanations to ensure my understanding of the situation. Following the initial assessment, Ally returned to successfully repair my boiler a few days later, delivering excellent service once again. I am confident in relying on JDS for any future boiler concerns during my time here.

Very straightforward to deal with. From first contact through to installation of a new combi boiler. A decent family business with good values.

Quick and efficient service, quality workmanship. Would recommend this company.

Excellent customer service and had an engineer out within 2hours of my initial contact; to restore our heating in our new home. Will definitely recommend!

JDS came for second year on a trot great service and on time. Friendly Engineer did the work and cleaned up afterwards.
Will get them out again. Five star

I have used JDS for a few years to service my boiler and to date I have had no issues with the boiler. My experience is positive due to the prompt and efficient service from contacting the company for an appointment and the Engineer usually arrives within a few days. The Engineer is friendly and professional when entering my home and to date, the work is carried out to a high standard. I am completely satisfied with the service, and I feel confident that if any issues arise, will be dealt with immediately.

First class Company, from calling and speaking to Jennifer in a panic and explaining our issue, she managed to get an engineer out same day, who found the problem and got part and was fixed next day.
Cannot recommend JDS Gas Services highly enough.
Excellent service, top people, thanks so much, you certainly deserve the 5 stars.

Had to phone after loss of water pressure upstairs. The guys were out promptly, went through everything to make sure that the real fault was found and then sorted. Great communication from the team and can't recommend them high enough.

I can’t thank Dougie and the team enough for the job they completed for my elderly mum. The team put in some shift which ran into the weekend due to the job being bigger than expected once they lifted the floor boards. They understood my mum was upset by the upheaval as the whole house needed a new CH system and new pipes after her back boiler was condemned. The team did everything they could to get it sorted and my mum back home. Despite the upheaval you wouldn’t know they had been there as they left the place immaculate and moved furniture back. The house is now like a sauna and I have one very happy and relieved mum. Not only was Dougie cheaper than Scottish Gas they were 100% better value! Thank you!

I genuinely can’t thank and also recommend JDS Gas Services enough. I had left my annual boiler check just a little longer than I should have, and after contacting them, the service was nothing less than FIRST CLASS! Absolutely great on the phone and organised one of their Gas Engineers to come out to see me virtually straight away. Ally came, done the full check, went through everything with me thoroughly and actually left my house tidier than it was before he came in.

Thank you and see you next year! 10/10

Called last night as our boiler wouldn't start up and had no heating or hot water with a young baby in the house and so close to Christmas. We were met with a very friendly and knowledgeable engineer and said he would text with a time slot for tomorrow (Christmas eve) we got a text 5 mins later with 9-10am slot! Amazing service and response! He came just after 9 and sorted us out! We appreciate it so much. Thanks again, hope you have a lovely Christmas it's well deserved!

Highly recommend!

Excellent service from Ryan arrived when arranged and carried out work as requested!
Would highly recommend

Used Dougie and boys a few times for boiler service etc, so they were the obvious choice when I needed a new boiler. What a fantastic job they done, arrived at time arranged, worked non stop and left the area spotless which was a bonus. Very hard working and down to earth. Nothing was a bother.

Very happy. And highly recommend.

Called JDS as my boiler had completely packed in and they were able to come out and have a look the same day.
Ally got it up and running for us so we had some heat but unfortunately it stopped again. He was out again to see it and we were advised we would need a new boiler are there were too many problems with the old one. After reading so many positive reviews we decided to go with them even though we had been offered boilers cheaper by other companies.

Ally and Dougie were out today to install a new boiler for us and they were really efficient and talked us through it all.

The company were open and transparent about the prices and what needed to be done beforehand too.

I would definitely use them in future for my servicing.

JDS carried out a boiler service and repairs to our combi boiler. Ryan at JDS provided several options for us to consider and provided honest feedback during both his initial and return visits to carry out the work. The JDS admin team was also very helpful and provided comprehensive quotes with additional options for us to consider (at our request). Will definitely use JDS again in the future.

Ryan arrived on time to carry out annual boiler service. He was friendly & knowledgeable and carried out the service efficiently and no mess!! Another annual service done well, see you next year Ryan. Many thanks

Brilliant service from JDS. We needed a new boiler and some additional work, Dougie came out and within the week we had a new boiler, everything was carried out efficiently and there was no mess left behind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JDS and will definitely be using them for my annual service and anything else we require.

These guys are fab! Came to do a simple job yesterday and unexpectedly found a dangerous issue! This was fixed promptly and they were back within the day to have the gas back on for us! Highly professional and trustworthy! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

We needed a boiler service carried out at short notice and required a certificate of work and we weren’t disappointed. Great, quick and efficient service, very reasonably priced. The engineer was very helpful and professional. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and will be using them in future for our annual service.
