That they kept their word and they kept me in form that's the one I would get mine transmission only thing I don't like is that they charge you more just because you live in a house my friends workshop is in his house that's ridiculous why you going to try somebody almost 200 more dollars do they have a way to get the engine or transmission off while you worried about that why you going to charge them more and this was only even on a big truck was on a box truck it's just ridiculous man people that's trying to get more money from you I only giving them four stars because it did get here on time other than that I wasn't too happy with how they have it delivered liftgate and all that that's stupid to me what I refer somebody yes because they're in the business but I'll get them heads up look these guys trying to get more money in my opinion I don't know if that's their rules or rl's rooms but it ain't right they need to do better as long as you can get it off that truck if you have the equipment that's what you should do other than that I think they did a great job shipping it to me making sure that I was updated on everything and the price was good so far the transmission I don't know he's kind of turkey jerky maybe it's because of my mechanic and maybe because it's an older car I can't blame that on JDM and you know I don't like the attitude you know you know you in a business you supposed to be kind to people it wasn't that kind but I will refer people because you know they have good deals you can't make everything trivial you know if they have good deals and I have to respect it you know it's a business so yeah I would have gave them five stars and they didn't try to charge me $200 more dollars just to have it shipped to my mechanics house. Because I put an engine in this same vehicle my son brought it up to me in a truck we took it to his house and this is a engine and had no problem getting it off and these people want to charge you $200 yeah I'm going to keep stressing it so they can understand and it was on a box truck and still after I got it off the truck I still had to get it onto his truck to take it to his shop his song it was easy we left I slid it on some pallets I stack them up and for pallet jack I put it on the pallet and we slide it on to his truck no problem this was at my cousin's business loading dock. And we would have did the same for the transmission. Would I order from them again I hope not I don't mean that in a condescending way I mean I hope I don't have to buy another transmission I do not plan on it but yes I would purchase from them again they was quick and they are thorough.

Purchased an engine, transmission combo. Sales were polite and helpful. Product arrived quickly and in good condition. Price was awesome, $1000.00 less than everyone else. Very satisfied.

Received a crack transmission. Unfortunately it was not noticed until the new one was placed and car was turned on- transmission oil leaked everywhere. Paid for shipping and so much time put into exchanging the old one for this to happen.

worst purchase ever, engine never worked came in with multiple broken parts, tons of engine sludge no way this was a 60k mileage motor, after installation we found out that the water pump was defective and in this case the water pump is timing chain driven, will never do business with this guys again, called and asked about warranty and all they did was give me a run around BS story, save your self a headache and shop elsewhere

I've alreading made one review but for some reason they want another one..my first review was pretty long, I'll keep this one short and to the point..these guys are crooks..they sold me an engine that was supposed to be a direct replacement, it wasnt..after taking advantage of the 30 day return policy they thought it would be cute to keep $1000 of my 1300 purchase price for their mistake..long story short..keep looking..read a dozen or so of these reviews and you'll understand where I'm coming from..they are crooks and they will rip you off.

Order a supposed engine under 45k miles . Noticed in oil a streak and a piece of plastic in oil pan. They won't even assist unless engine is fully installed. As a mechanic you always inspwct first or your wasting your time installing and then to have to hoist it back out. Turns out the head was warped. Awful and will not ever use them again.

I called and spoke with one of their representatives after finding their listing online and seeing that it was highly rated. I was told that I would be receiving a running EJ253 AVLS engine matching not only what I have in my car currently but also matching the picture listing on the website with no issues and 40-60k miles but would need to replace seals and swap over wiring and accessories.

I received a very damaged engine that was not what was pictured on the web listing. The engine I received showed signs of oil consumption from the oil leaking out of the throttle body, the AVLS OSVs and complete timing set/cover destroyed due to mishandling, the was a significant amount of coolant burned onto the top of the cylinder block and heads, the lower half of the motor was haphazardly painted black (likely to hide any severe corrosion), and both the intake manifold and ignition systems (including valve covers) were a completely different design than what is compatible with my vehicle, let alone not matching the description or pictures on the website listing.

I attempted to return the engine due to these issues and was told I needed to perform a full engine rebuild and install it in my vehicle FIRST to verify if the engine was damaged. Unacceptable. I was charged for shipping twice and I was also charged a 20% restocking fee because they claimed I "didn't like the way the engine looked", leaving me missing $1000.

I communicated to multiple individuals over the phone and over email regarding this issue and not only did no one provide so much as a name, but they refused to stand behind their service or product and just deflected to an incorrect reason for my return. This has been an awful and deceitful shopping experience and I will never recommend JDM Engine Zone to anyone ever.

There was no cushion wrap on the top/turbo area of the motor and the turbo housing and oil fill cap got broken. The billing information went to the shipping location. The billing address was separate from the shipping address when ordered.

I returned a moter the guy was VERY RUDE. Then he only refunded HALF my purchase price. He said it was a restocking fee. I have all my paperwork from the first text there was nothing in it about keeping my money. It said I had 30 days to return it I returned it in 15 days. DO NOTDEAL WITH THIS MAN HE IS A THIEF

Engine shipped fast and arrived as expected.

Motor runs good but had standing water under fuel rails, damaged oil pan and oil return line. Had all kinds of dirt and wood in the coolant lines. But started right up and runs good!

Got wrong part, was given information that was completely incorrect from their customer service. Take your business elsewhere. It was a $700 lesson learned for me.

I had a great experience and even though I lost my cool, Carlos held his composure to give that great experience. Would like to apologize for my erratic behavior to Carlos who did nothing but be professional. Again I would like to apologize since they're is no excuse. Thank You
