Failed to Provide Product and No Refund
They didn’t send the song that we paid for in time for the bride’s walk down the aisle. Instead of resolving this or even acknowledging their mistake and offering any sort of refund, they blamed us saying they sent it earlier. They are unable to provide any proof of this despite several requests as we received no previous sending of the product. They ruined the bride’s walk and they ran away with our money.

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you feel this way, particularly as we understand how important your wedding entrance music was to you.
However, we do feel it is important to clarify some of the information in this review.
Your order was placed exactly two weeks before the wedding, and the service purchased had a 1–2 week delivery timeframe. The recording was sent to the email address provided within the 14-day delivery period following the order, within the delivery timeframe selected at checkout.
We also offer an expedited 1–2 day delivery service, which our package checker recommends where a wedding date is particularly close. This expedited service was not selected for this order.
We were first made aware that you could not locate the recording when you contacted us approximately 30 minutes before the ceremony. Prior to this, we had been successfully corresponding with you via the same email address and had not been made aware of any issue receiving the recording.
We absolutely appreciate how upsetting it must have been to believe the recording had not arrived so close to the ceremony, and we would never want any couple to experience that stress. However, we do not believe it is accurate to say that we failed to provide the product or “ran away with” your money. The custom recording was created and sent within the delivery timeframe that was purchased.
We have invited you to use the formal payment dispute process should you disagree with our position, where the relevant documentation can be independently reviewed.
We’re sorry that this situation has resulted in such a disappointing experience for you and wish you both the very best.

The best wedding surprise!
From the very beginning, I knew I wanted to walk down the aisle to music from my husband’s favourite film, but I didn’t want it to feel like I was walking in to a movie theme. I asked if it would be possible to blend three of the film’s songs into one piece, something subtle enough that our guests would simply hear a beautiful melody, but meaningful enough that my husband would instantly recognise it.
What was created completely blew me away.
The final arrangement wasn’t just a mix of songs, it felt like a brand new, original piece written just for us. It was elegant, emotional, and perfectly suited to the style and atmosphere of our wedding. Every transition was seamless.
The most unforgettable moment was reaching the end of the aisle and seeing my husband standing there with tears in his eyes. His first words were, “I love the music.” It couldn’t have been a more perfect surprise.
I am beyond grateful for the care, creativity, and talent that went into creating something so personal and meaningful. If you’re considering custom wedding music, I honestly couldn’t recommend this enough.

Anniversary garden party

I cannot recommend this process enough. Having a song beautifully curated to you is one of the most special things. It was rough at the start, because I knew exactly what I wanted but could not properly express what I wanted. But Jack kept trying and I ended up with literally exactly what I was envisioning for my big day. I literally cried when I heard it for the first time and called my mom! Again, if you are looking for a beautiful wedding rendition of your favorite song, Jack and JB Performers are your people!!!!

Jack worked with me to create the most beautiful music for my daughter's wedding entrance. The song was so incredibly special, there was not a set eye as she walked down the isle. The music was perfect, but also Jack took the time to edit the music to the amount of bridesmaids and the length of the isle to create a perfect experience when the music changed at the perfect time for the bride's entrance. I don’t even have enough words to express my thanks and appreciation for Jack. I contacted him after seeing a TikTok video that blew me away, and asked for a very specific mash up of songs for my wedding entrance.
Jack is very professional, and extremely patient. He was a pleasure to speak to on the phone, and via email. The detail he provided was super helpful, and the final result of my music brings me to tears every time I hear it. I cannot wait to use his music at my wedding, in October.

I found Jack and JB Performers looking for something special and different for my 2nd marriage ceremony scheduled for 9/10/22. Nothing traditional seemed appropriate and I was getting frustrated. I choose the ‘you are my sunshine ☀️ version’ and Jack was great to work with and understood what I was looking for. I choose this song as most brides do without running by the fiancé. When I played it for him he broke down … I was like what what babe ? What’s wrong. He said his mom always hummed to this song, all the time, during growing up in the 80’s. His mom died in 2020 so needless to say me finding Jack and this song was meant to be. ♥️💒
