Used this new company a few times this year. And Iv gotta say they was very friendly and offered a great service for the price we paid compared too company’s I use at Gatwick, I was very happy and would return custom their way.

Had a stress free experience, operator was polite and helpful on the phone and A driver was waiting for me in the car park. On return we came back during the night and the vehicle was waiting for the carpark for us. Definitely use them again

Joke.
The pick and drop off time was fine.
Had to pay extra £10 for exit car park both ways.
But the worse experience was car was returned filthy covered in mud.

Took well over an hour to return our car and it was covered in mud. Reception put the phone down on me twice as they couldn't seem to deal with the volume of customers they were disappointing. No apology from them, just excuses. DO NOT USE.

Terrible return!! Don’t use.
I wish we had read the reviews beforehand!!
The service on the way out was no issue, collected the car and although thought it was a bit weird they made us pay the £10 - was glad that it got picked up.
Return for the car however - very different. We called just after security as stated on their message and we were told they would be half an hour due to only having one driver. It was 00:48 when I first called! We wasn’t happy at best but got some bits out the shop and used the bathroom then headed downstairs to wait the last 10 mins. We had 4x children with us all very young and the smallest was sick with a fever which I told them on the next phone call with some smarmy t**t on the other end telling us it would be a further 10 mins as they just left their yard. We were so angry as it turned up 15 mins later, we were stood out in the freezing cold and they still expected us to pay the £10 to leave the car park. We were all frozen and tired as we didn’t receive the car until 1:33am and the messages say 20 mins.
Please don’t use them, the car came back covered in mud and even our floor mats and middle had mud smeared on. The guy on the phone was rude as hell and terrible attitude.
Never again. All I can say is do not use.
Feel furious with this lot. It doesn’t feel good to be taken for a mug. Why on earth didn’t I read the reviews on these cowboys before I booked ??! I’ve asked myself several times. Foolishly, I took them at face value .
Firstly, please add £20 to the cost you have been quoted- you will have to pay Stansted airport short stay car park £10 on dropping the car off and another £10 on picking it up. The pricier companies include this fee in your quote.
Second point is the lies - don’t call from 30 mins away as they instruct - call AT LEAST 45 mins away or even better 60 mins away. You need to build in a lot of extra time. They will not be on time and you will be put into a tricky situation with your travel (in our case the car pick up was so late we were close to missing baggage check in, we were then left with no time to get a meal at the airport). The excuse “we are really busy and we are just a family business” will be trotted out.
On return; again, ignore the instructions/advice they give, they won’t have your car back in 30 mins, you’ll be lucky to see it in an hour.
“Oh go and have a cup of tea” they said to me on the phone on my return!!!. What? After a 4 hour flight with a kid, I want to get the heck out of Stansted and get home to bed. Again, “we are very busy, we are a family run business”.
Also they said to me “we are having our driveway done at the moment so the car might be a little muddy”. LIES.
My shiny clean car was trashed- mud inside and out (please read all the reviews to see that this happens everyone). Your car is most definitely being parked some distance away in a ploughed up muddy field. My
car was in a disgraceful state inside and out. The mat on the drivers side was caked in thick mud.
They know exactly what they are doing to get your money but no idea how to run a business .
Save yourself time and money and book long stay parking - you will definitely be faster. I was worried that with the shuttle being every 15 minutes that I’d be too slow….trust me
it is much faster than this lot of cowboys.
Delayed return for over an hour. Dirty car as it was parked in the field. Check engine is on. God knows where car was parked and what they were doing with it. Not a service just bunch of dorks running it.
DISGRACEFUL company do not use.
You have to go through the pain of paying for your parking ticket both ways instead of the cost being part of the fee.
They arrived 45 minutes after I called to say I was ready.
When my car arrived it was filthy inside and out. My brand new floor mats were thick with clay mud. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT TRUTHFUL OR PROFESSIONAL !!!
Absolutely DISGUSTING SERVICE do not use. Waited for over an hour on the return journey - no updates as to when the car would be returned and when it was - it was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. You said to call once through customs and luggage collected with a 20 minute wait NOT TRUE. God knows where they parked my car - but it was NOT RETURNED in the condition it was given. DISGUSTED.
incompetent people are ignorant, their services don't work. do not book through them, they are not serious and not reliable.

The advertised price didn't include the extra £20 entrance and exit fee for Stansted Orange car park. I was informed of this after I had paid. I immediately called the office phone number during office hours to cancel but there was no reply. I tried five more times during the day but still no reply. I called the collection mobile number which was answered by someone who promised he'd get the office team to call me - they didn't. I called him again and he promised again - no call back.
On our return we had to wait more than 45 mins for the car to arrive. What's the point of Meet and Greet if you have to wait far longer than it would take you to get to Long Stay?
