Appalling service we were stuck on holiday and extended our car parking, we paid an additional £50 cash asked for a receipt so we can claim this on our travel insurance still waiting for this, our car was damaged whilst in their care they even sent the video when we originally dropped the car off it clearly shows no damage but they are still staying they are not liable. We will get the work done and take to court to be reimbursed which will cost them more on the long run.

Excellent service provided by jbf meet and greet. Very punctual, good communication, friendly service and car exactly as we left it. Highly recommend and won’t hesitate to use them again

After a disappointing first experience we were persuaded to give JBF another try, the service was much better and what we expected. Unfortunately our brand new car was returned damaged and this companies policy is to totally ignore all communication, thus we will have to take legal action. In addition we paid a cash balance and they won't provide a receipt for our insurance. Very disappointed and this small family run outfit is not all it seems to be.

What a great company! Alice and the staff took amazing care of us, the car was collected and returned to us right at the terminal in perfect timing! Really recommend this company! And they were even the best price! Great value for money and friendly service

Service was very bad , when them collect the car was good ,when I came back from mine trip ,the company delivered the car to me ,damaged , the handle door was smashed and couldn’t close the door I required redound and was ignored,I don’t use any more this service

The service on arrival for my departure was excellent. I called 30 mins before I got to Stanstead and they were waiting and the handover was quick, professional and easy. Unfortunately, upon my return it was the opposite. I called when I landed, then when I cleared passport control. They told me 30 minutes from that point. I waited 40 minutes then called again. I was told a further 20 -30 minutes. I called yet again and was told 10 minutes!! Waiting for my car took longer than my flight from Germany.

Very well organised company! I called them 30 min before getting to Stansted Airport and member of their staff was there within few minutes after I got into Orange Car Park.
Collecting my vehicle was just as easy on the way back.
Very good service at the very good price. I will definitely use them again.

We had to wait 35 minutes to get our car back but the service was very friendly,
they said to wait inside and they gave a call to notify when our vehicle arrived outside, will be using their service again 👍🏿 attitude

Hello there, I’m overjoyed at the experience today. I’m so glad I knew my car was in safe hands thanks to Craig and his wife. I’m absolutely over the moon as Craig and his wife were so organised and very nice. I’m very happy with JBF Meet and Greet.🙂

Avoid it! They are using your car while you away, we have received our vehicle smashed!

Do not use these! I turned up to drop off my car and had to pay and extra £10. When collecting my car there were extra miles on my clock, my camera had been physically unplugged so I couldn’t see what/where my car had been and my car stank of weed! And then I had to pay another £10 to leave the car park. Avoid at all costs!

I had to change our booking today due to technical errors at Stansted which meant our flight did not go.
JBF very kindly brought our car back promptly so we could return home. I rang and spoke to Alice @ JBF to re arrange Alice was great really friendly and very helpful . They changed our booking with no fuss or charge . Lovely to speak to someone in person !! Thank you

Please please do not use this company. The below reviews must be fake. We waited nearly an hour for our car to be brought to us in the orange car park. We had called a couple of times as we had been waiting for so long and they were rude. When it arrived it was so dirty?! Obviously cars can get a bit of dirt etc - but sprayed mud all up the sides - just makes you wonder where they take them? When the driver eventually turned up he was rude and said his used to the bad reviews and basically doesn’t give a s*it. When asked about the state of the car he said ‘stansteds flooded, google it’…. And the first sentence that came out of his mouth when he turned up was ‘I’m just the driver’ - a complete cop out. You have to pay an extra tenner each way on top of the price FYI. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.

Excellent service from James. Met at Stansted Airport, car collected and returned on time. Would recommend as so simple and very reasonably priced.
